Taco Ranchero is an absolute must-have when in the Central Coast area! I live out of town but will go out of my way every trip to stop for an amazing food experience. We have been eating at this restaurant for many years now. It's kinda like "cheers" for us. We know everyone and make this a once a week dinner stop. Great menu, they aim to please and will personalize dishes for you. Lots of Mexican restaurants to eat in in this city, we have tried many, but, keep coming back to Taco Ranchero. Great food and great service! I'm vegan and have a hard time finding good places that have vegan options. Taco Ranchero did not disappoint. I got the spinach enchiladas with guac and red sauce, no cheese,and all whole beans,no rice. It was all delicious! The chips and salsa were also very good! My only thing I didn't love was the guacamole. It was tasty but was missing something. I think they make it on the blander side so all can enjoy. All in all great place and can't wait...
