BEWARE THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 8 YEARS OLD
My husband and I bought our 6 year old son a monthly pass. Our first visit was great(on a week day) there was barely any kids and it was quite maintained. Fast forward… we bring him on a Saturday at 2p(what a nightmare!!) There was barely ANY supervision. Incident #1- My child jumped off the step blow up thing and a teenage jumped off at the same time and landed on him, no worker to be found. The kids pushed him off, kids were rocking it back and forth. It was literally pulled with kids and teenagers. Finally the worker shows up when my kid is crying(he did ask if he was okay) but this would have never happened if one of the workers where there monitoring how many kids where on it and jumping off. Incident #2 my son went to play dodgeball. The workers need to be educated on the game and how it works! My son got hit in the head so hard by I want to say a 15 year old boy ( my son is 6 years old I mind you) the my son left in tears. Incident #3 my son went down the slide and he was still on the blow up mat and they let another person come down and the weight of the person made him bounce up and hit his head. At this time we just decided to leave. All the workers are bunch of uneducated kids that don’t care about the safety of kids. Also, the toddler/kinder area are for kids ages up to 6. It’s posted everywhere!! There where kids that where much older then that in there running and jumping everywhere. My husband saw many kids with urinated pants in the foam pit.(disgusting). But not to our surprise there was NO worker to be found to monitor the area! Shocker! Not sure if they are short staffed or what but they are just waiting for lawsuit!! When I approached one of the workers and asked for the managers name because I was going to call them on Monday due to it being so chaotic I was refused and told they couldn’t give me the managers name!! Very rude and absolutely not the policy! Now we are stuck with this pass and honestly we can only go weekdays because weekends are a zoo!! They need to have the dodgeball games by kids ages for...
Read moreI researched reviews prior to visiting and there were mixed ratings. Some that made Rockin Jump appeared as though it was a poorly run establishment. I decided to give it a chance with my 2 year old. Upon arrival, I was happy to see how big the different areas were. My child and I were happily greeted by, who I now assume was the owner. He explained how everything worked and sent us on to explore. The tot area was fun for kids and adults. By the end of our visit I only had wonderful things to say. It was clean, upbeat, affordable and a unique way to play with my child. None of the negative reviews offered an accurate depiction of Rockin Jump. Whether it was at the start when they were working out glitches or not, I'd say...
Read moreFirst time here to enjoy a kids birthday party (Jackson) today but the websites basic price is advertised to include 120 minutes in a room and 1 hour play time. After our host paid a few hundred $$ for this, we were told that we had to wait around for an hour until the kids were done playing then we could get a room for an hour to eat and open gifts. The place was packed and some parents waited outside, hung out at the front desk area and a few with infants/stroller found a table in the back for an hour. What was promised was not given and the parents were clearly frustrated not knowing what to tell the guests and feeling bad. A portion of the cost should be refunded to the parents....
