So, here is another location to avoid. It's a convenient placement, and the name says it would be a prime location to go anytime for lunch. Unfortunately, the staff here do not care about anything except getting you in trouble or leaving faster. The trouble comes to anyone who they think is messed up in any way they will call the cops and have you pull around without letting you know anything. Aside from that, I was inside cause there were about 4 cars in the drive thru. And inside, I would be 3rd in line. The 1st guy was helped and waited about 3 mins for food. A minute later comes back for his drink. Was made but wasn't handed out. 2nd guy is told "be right with you" nothing else and walks off for about 5 minutes accomplishing......wait for it....bagging my food(which is paid for[2 plain kids burgers], that she sets on a back table, not the kiosk for prepped and prepaid orders). So as I wait another 5 mins, she comes up and takes 2nd guys' order. All for him to have ordered a drink that again was made already, just sitting on the counter out of reach. She hands the drink and walks off. (It's been 10-12 mins already, and I still was only 3rd in line). So I walk up, and before I can say anything, I get the one moment finger and "I'll be with you in a minute" comment. So I wait, about 7 minutes more go by. She finally takes my order, I say the name, and she smiles all big turns and grabs the bad I've been watching for 15-20 mins sit there. Turns back and says, "Here ya go". Now I could just get it and go, but I expect hot "fresh"(if we can call it that) food, not cold shit. So I tell them it's been there that long and I'd like new ones. She looks at me funny walks in the back for another 5 mins and comes back and hands me a different bag with hot wrappers, buns, hot meat, and hot ketchup. Now, I have worked in enough kitchens to know when I get microwaved bullshit.

Should I take this to corporate? Cause some of you may not care, but standards exist for safety reasons, and leaving food and drinks on tables and counters that are filthy with lazy messes can lead to some pretty bad sickening scenarios. And a lazy employee who can't even speak english in an American based food chain, and country, should not be in charge of systems they can't understand. After waiting for a bit, I continued through the drive through line. When I reached the window, the young man asked what I wanted. In Bakersfield they put fresh lettuce its great , and they are are nice and warm, but here its cheap, and the workers attitude is, I don't care I am here.
