Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Santa Maria

ATTENTION* Usually great service but today Saturday March 21 2020 I ordered in order for my family been in that order there were two hot dogs on a pretzel bun they working the register I know she heard me cuz she turned around and said get to pretzel buns ready to one of the people cooking the food.. so I go outside so you with my family and I opened up the box and it's too hot dogs with a regular bun so I go back in and she doesn't remember me ordering a pretzel bun and they didn't charge me for it but I told them pretzel bun and even the girl that she turned around to be remembered so she charges me for the difference which okay so what that's okay wasn't right and I didn't like that but I can get over that but then they think it's ok just to go ahead. And. Grab the hotdogs and cheese out of the regular buns. They gave me by mistake and just throw them in the pretzel buns!!! Forgive if I'm wrong. For feeling the way I do but I just think that is not right !! I had to stop them and explain to them why I didn't think that was right cuz they couldn't fathom why I didn't want them to do that.. and they all go towards the back weather waiting for the hot dogs to finish microwaving and they're laughing and giggleing about something it made me feel very uncomfortable...the only. Granted it OFTEN DOES take longer for the employees HERE in Santa Maria specifically to GET an ORDER OUT. BUT I have never NOT GONE due to slow order output. WHAT KEEPS me COMING BACK...( I CAN'T EVEN EAT FOOD and AM strictly IV fed, and EVEN tho I ONLY EVER order the amazimgest tasting Strawberry Lemonade I HAVE EVER had I GO FOR the sense of community THAT STILL strongly exists within THAT triangular take out spot. I LOVE JUST LISTENING to the manager (WHO OFTEN is running the register keeping up the amazing appearances OR WHAT the other purpose IS i don't KNOW. BUT i ALWAYS smile listening to the customers who've been coming in OVER ten years. SAME OWNER i guess STILL. HIS customer service skills ARE BEYOND BUT its MORE than THAT. The second it's one's turn to order...SAY im up at the register NOW. He MAKES you feel like special by being VERY warm,attentive, on POINT EVEN when u ARE convinced be DIDN'T hear you. MAYBE REALLY simple, like TOO simple THINGS MAKE me smile OR ENJOY life. But you KNOW ONCE tou leave THAT man really is genuinely interested in HELPING & being kind, is genuine & seems to come in happy as I've NOT ONCE seen HIM on duty NOT wearing his best smile OR greeting any & everyone. I ALWAYS leave smiling TOO! NEXT time i can get there I WILL add a pic of OUR local...

If you are craving chili dogs, chili fries, or a perfect Chicago dog you can't miss here. I recently tried their loaded bacon ranch fries they were so good. I just absolutely have loved their food and never been disappointed by anything on their menu. If you like hot dogs, fries, softserve icecream, and shakes you have found your destination. We usually order our food sit in the parking lot eating and almost always go in again gor a second order its just so good. I habe become a dedicated lifetime customer. I love the higher end foods as well but sometimes we just need a good hotdog. Thank you for being there when I need you Wienerschnitzel.
