Go spend your money somewhere else. I order online for pickup. The process status said 10-15 minutes, well I gave it longer. When I finally went into pick the food up with my kids, the guy said he did hear or see my order come in. That means nothing is ready, not even close. He claimed in 5 minutes he'll have it done. ?! I can't even produce that much food in 5 minutes! I said, "Take your time". The grocery store Gilson's Deli makes sandwiches way better and for less. Very little turkey deli on the sandwiches which looked nothing like advertised online. The iced green tea taste like water and I HOPE...I REALLY DO HOPE that he did NOT pour the HOT tea into the plastic cups with ice trying to cool it down, in PLASTIC cups, LIKE he did with my Iced Matcha latte that was WARM to touch upon pickup. There were few ice cubes at the top, which you don't have to be a genius to know melted due to the liquid obviously being hot going into the plastic cup. I ordered the strawberry matcha latte and I didn't get that. Pissed me off so much so, I just couldn't go in to ask, "WTF?". The place I so small to pull one to the side to ask and I just didn't want to express exactly how I felt at the time. Almost $80, In TODAY'S TIME! WHEWWW... I had to explain to my boys why they couldn't have to tea lol. Micro plastic toxins are a thing peeps.

Lying publicly. Really? I rarely write reviews, but I'm glad I did this time. I posted the digital receipt with the whole breakdown, and a detailed summary of my experience. Making light of $73 sent in your direction, time and energy is a factor, that's how you get down? So, now you're saying none of that happened and apologizing at the same time. Denying the experience of the customer is interesting. Next time simply, "take your time", like I said. You rushed it and even forgot the fact that I ordered the iced strawberry matcha latte. I've had restaurants run out of flavors, ingredients. Guess what, they communicate with the customer to resolve the issue. You didn't do that either. Just a reply to a review denying my experience, excuses and information that I am already aware of and have expressed it from the beginning. It's not my job to consider the business aspect, but to consume based on convenience. May...
Read moreI was really confused by this place. Food and vibes were off; the latte was good. I love supporting Jewish businesses, and naturally, seeing challah on the menu, thought this was a Jewish/Israeli establishment. I came in later in the afternoon, so they were about to close. For 1 piece of toast and some lettuce on the side, this was way overpriced. I also asked for GF bread availability and got so much attitude from the blonde cashier (she may have been in training; they had the GF bread but wanted to charge $4 extra without warning (!?!?!?!)). She also gave attitude when I asked to see the menu (they list everything out on the wall, sorry I just didn't see!). Took them 15 minutes to get that toast out. I was the only one in the cafe. Benny seemed really nice; she kind of took over the order when it was getting too long. I usually go to Lodge Bread Co for this kind of food (Mediterranean breakfast/brunch, Israeli-owned). Sadly a miss. Not coming back here,...
Read moreThis is the first time I write a bad review about a place with have great food but awful waiter/cashier. This time was a guy who gave us the most unwelcome looks and attitude since we set a foot in the place. We order a couple of toasts and a protein shake. The protein shake was placed on the table that part of the shake came out of the cup. The guy who was working start to clean making extra noise. By 2:24 PM he warned us that the establishment closed at 3 PM. Update your schedule since Google says that you close at 3:30 PM. The attitude of this guy was what make me write the review and encourage people that if you walk in, you might have the luck to run into a rude, with an attitude waiter to eat an overpriced toast. Not coming again and making sure our people in LA does not show up around here. Peace to the rude cashier or as I would say in my language...
