I stop at taco bell several times a week and have the credit card statement to prove it. Everything I tried to order was a problem, they were out of medium sized cups, so I had to order and pay for large, they were out of cherry flavor for the freezes, so I had to get a different flavor, they were out of Pepsi, so I had to get mountain dew, etc. The person taking the order was laughing the whole time we were waiting for our food, which was a disaster. I don't know why there was all this back and forth with the cashier. Was it fun and games night? On top of that, they didn't cut the quesadillas, 1 of the 4 quesadillas I ordered had no steak in it, and the other 3 had very little. the cups were overloaded with ice. I would think Saturday night would be one of the busier nights for Taco Bell, so I am surprised at everything that was wrong. I will not be returning to this location again. I went through the drive-thru today and ordered the Doritos Locos Tacos Combo, the Chalupa Supreme Combo (which includes a crunchy taco) and I ordered an additional crunchy taco to feed 3 people. That adds up to 5 tacos and 2 chalupas and 2 drinks. I was asked what sauces were wanted and I requested a Fire and a Mild one. The order came up short one taco and no sauces were provided. Yet I was charged for the extra taco that I did not receive. I never received the sauces. Will I ever receive the proper order? No. They know that if they ever do provide me with what I paid for, that I would die on the spot from a massive heart attack brought on the by the shock from actually receiving a complete order. Read moreHave come here several times for work and just because it’s on my way. Employee by name of Miguel is so rude. And let me say it’s not a thing about having a bad day, he’s always rude. He even yelled at us because we didn’t want to move and his timing was adding up. There was no one behind us and we had to wait for our orders. He was argumentative every time. The rest of the crew is alright. The problem with going inside is that you get ignored because they are so worried about the drive thru timing they don’t care about having you wait 25-20 minutes for them to take your order.
