Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Santa Paula

I recently visited Carl’s Jr. and overall had a really positive experience. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly from the moment I walked in. You can tell they genuinely try to make customers feel welcome.

The only issue I ran into was that there were absolutely no napkins available anywhere, which was a little inconvenient. Even so, the employees did their best to help me out despite not having much they could do about the situation. Their effort and attitude definitely made a difference.

My husband decided to change his soda while picking up our mobile order, this manager then decided to let us know we only paid for one refillable fountain drink and we couldn't change our drink. Asked to pull forward and wait for food as 2 other vehicles ahead of me. When the worker came out with food he mixed bags up and customers in cars ahead handled the food by sticking theyre hands in the bags. I advised I wouldn't want the bag that has been handled by non Carl's Jr employees . Guy went in and out in less than 30 seconds stating that it was a new order.
