This place messed up on my son’s hair and I went back and I told him what part they messed up on and I told him I want a refund because of how bad it was they won’t give me the refund until I told him I showed him where they messed up and I was there when I did his hair and they said they didn’t touch that part when I saw them and they didn’t mess with his hair that part This place is not trusted it. All they do is lie and they mess up on kids hair do not go there. We finally got her money back, but now we’re banned from there just because I fought for our money back because they messed up on her hair on his hairlike I’m not gonna pay for something that someone else mess up so this place is not good for kids if you’re looking for a haircut...

I’ve been coming here for over 15yrs & I’ll continue. I’ve had terrible experiences in several salons whether Cutting, dying, perms & styling an ended up unhappy perms dried my hair color wrong bad experience. Since coming to Fantasy Cut in Santa Paula I’ve found my permanent place. All the hair stylists are experienced, friendly & quick. I’ll continue to go to Fantasy Cuts n Santa Paula.
