Regency Santa Paula 7 — Local services in Santa Paula

I went to watch Shazam - Fury of the Gods on 19 March 2023.

The theatre is well located, plenty of parking, and has an overall cleanly appearance. Loved the customer service (great staff), ticket prices, location, and oh man the seating is spectacular!!!

Customer Service: 5/5 Staff Members: 5/5 Facility: 5/5 (Overall) Theatre: 4/5 (Not the best, but still nice, comfortable, good sound and visuals. The lounge chairs are icing on the cake). Snack Counter: 5/5 (It's a movie theater, so expect some inflation on prices). Restroom: 3/5 (This is really what knocked the score down. The male restroom could use a update with a deep cleaning and scheduled periodic on the hour attention).

Santa Paula movie theater definitely stepped it up with their new seating I prefer to watch movies In town now. The customer service needs work. They were all out of small cups for the icys so I asked if I could get a small soda cup for my 3 years old and before I was gonna get one from a employee a young kid named Christopher stopped him and made me pay for the cup as if there was a beverage in it. It’s not my fault you guys are out of supplies. You shouldn’t make a customer pay for a extra cup. Also we had to look for our theater or self since they were to busy with their...

For the price you pay it's good but when a new movie comes out expect to have lots of kids in the theater. Been going to this theater for years but the day I went 10-14 was the first time I bought a pretzel here and it was horrible. The pretzel tasted as if they made it the day before didn't sell it stored it to sell it the next day it was very hard to pull apart, tuff and very hard to eat.
