Was completely disgusting! Onion rings were yesterday's reheated the sandwiches were cold cheese not melted and toppings were wrong. NO jalepenos on kids meal cheeseburgers! Service was very bad the manager was on the phone arguing with her husband with 8 people in line. When I asked for some service I was told to shut up she's on the phone then called me rude. The cook had on cloths that looked like they hadn't been washed ...ever! He wiped his noise with his arm then made sandwiches without gloves or utensils. The other employee was listening to music through headphones & dancing. But not taking orders. When I asked for a refund 35 minutes after my order was taken and still no food the manger threw a bag at me and told me to wait my turn. It was my turn w everyone else left. I just wanted my money back but she refused. Upon calling the 800# they will send me a $25 gift card. My order was $62 and we couldn't eat any of it. Unfortunately, our recent visits to this location have been disappointing. On multiple occasions, the food has been served cold, and the overall quality has not met expectations. Additionally, the service has been underwhelming, with long wait times and minimal customer engagement. It may be beneficial for the management to consider additional staff training, particularly in areas of customer service and time management. A simple acknowledgment such as a friendly greeting or an update on wait timescan go a long way in creating a more positive customer experience. Standing in line for over 10 minutes without any recognition is not ideal in any service setting. A brief, courteous message like, “Hi, welcome in! We have been to this location a few times, but this is the last time we will be buying food here for lunch or dinner. There is usually a wait if you go through the drive thru no matter how busy they are. Food quality has been okay to poor on our visits due to dry over cooked food and low amount of condiments on burgers. Orders are often messed up. This time, we waited in the drive thru for over 15 min for them to finish talking with their customer in the drive thru before we were ever helped. I ordered a bacon double western and was charged for a bacon double western but was given a single bacon western. I didn't notice until we were the next town over. The cali burger we also ordered had barely any sauce on it. Nobody seemed like they cared about their job. We love Carl's Jr., and we won't be going to this one again...
