It may be beneficial for the management to consider additional staff training, particularly in areas of customer service and time management. A simple acknowledgment such as a friendly greeting or an update on wait timescan go a long way in creating a more positive customer experience. Standing in line for over 10 minutes without any recognition is not ideal in any service setting. A brief, courteous message like, “Hi, welcome in! There is usually a wait if you go through the drive thru no matter how busy they are. Food quality has been okay to poor on our visits due to dry over cooked food and low amount of condiments on burgers. Orders are often messed up. This time, we waited in the drive thru for over 15 min for them to finish talking with their customer in the drive thru before we were ever helped. I ordered a bacon double western and was charged for a bacon double western but was given a single bacon western. I didn't notice until we were the next town over. The cali burger we also ordered had barely any sauce on it. Nobody seemed like they cared about their job. We love Carl's Jr., and we won't be going to this one again...
