La Esquisita tacos — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

This is it. I found my new go-to. The prices were reasonable from the start. Then I interacted with the man whose name I neglected to ask. He was SO lovely and was even more kind when I told him this was a treat for my mom’s birthday.

And then we tried the food. Holy shit. Perfectly spicy. Fresh ingredients. Tortilla chips they fried themselves (which were free). Generous portions. I would’ve been happy if it was average but this is definitely the best taco truck I’ve tried in town. Probably anywhere. Do yourself a favor,...

Dude was playing music so loud I had to yell my order, he said he only had 3 of the 8 meats he has listed and said sorry were a new business. All of tje prices were scratched off. I got a can of coke and asked if it was in tje cooler at tje front he said I don't know maybe. I mean all that's whatever but at tje end of tje day got 2 asada 2 pastor 2 carnitas tacos. They were pretty bland of all of em he kept apologizing probably cuz he knew it was bad job. Go to buns and garnachas down street. Super professional...

I could not be happier with La Esquisita Tacos! I hired them for a wedding celebration at my family's residence and they did an outstanding job. The road was too windy for their truck to make it to the house, so they brought their own grill and set up a station in the backyard that was perfect for our event. The food and drinks were SO GOOD and everyone left very full and very happy :) They were also the sweetest couple ever, 13/10...
