I haven't been here in awhile, seems they have gone down hill. We just went there and they didn't even greet us. We grabbed one small shot from the fridge and the girl asked us if we were ready to go...didn't even ask if we wanted to order anything. I asked for a couple acai bowls and she said they were out of bowls. There was two guys eating them at a table outside. She said that they ran out. When we were walking in they were talking about closing early. Yesterday when we came they were closed early and even though they were inside when I tried to open the door they didn't even look in our direction. Completely ignored us. When we were inside the store today the stock was low on everything and I really felt like they didn't even want out business. I mean, what kinda business runs out of bowls for its main product? Its not like they had a line around the corner. Anyways, found a way better place around the corner, last time I got to juice on the square. But of stuck up little girls...
Read moreI've been purchasing various juice items and cleanses from Juice On The Square for years. Although prices have risen in that time, it hasn't deterred me. One thing that has stayed consistent is the caliber of employees hired. It seems to be a requirement that they are subdued, quiet and don't smile frequently. I have never encountered an outright cheerful employee, it's quite odd! I've recommended this place to others and the majority of the feedback was that they felt uncomfortable. Also, I'm not opposed to tipping on a pre-made juice, as this is a service industry, but I prefer to do so when the service warrants it.
I'll continue to frequent this establishment in hopes that one day I'll walk into a big,...
Read moreThis guys really follows through with his beliefs-- no empty words here. He makes sure his ingredients are all sourced from sustainable, raw, organic and fair trade sources. He even reuses the bottles if you return them! If you're only used to something conventional like a Juice Shack you've got a surprise coming. But close your eyes and take a sip and you'll forget what you're drinking, you'l simply say "ahhhh..." with a thirst-quenching lip smack. My favorites are the chocolate milk and the greens juice myself (what's it called? It has ginger and fennel to aide the digestion). The Revive nut milk is a muddy green and thick because it's got avocado, which is actually delicious in a drink, but I can see some of my friends roll their eyes with a loving smile at "their hippie dippie friend" when they see me drink it. Yum, take home 2 at a time: one for the drive home,...
