It's rare to encounter such outstanding customer service as I did with Sonoma Sterling Limousines.

This week, my wife and two small boys left our home in Santa Rosa for a grandparent visit in the East Bay and inadvertently took my car keys in their bags. Two hours after they left, I realized I was stranded with a car I couldn't drive with my keys 90 minutes away. I tried calling a number of car/limo services to see if I could secure a ride to the East Bay and back; I had no luck with the ASAP availability...except for Sonoma Sterling Limo. The dispatcher said he could get a car for me, but he sympathized with my plight and horror at having to pay for a roundtrip from the North Bay to the East Bay – "Well, this is an exceptional situation!," he laughed – and proposed an elegant, cheaper, and more time-efficient solution. He contacted a driver who had just made an airport drop at SFO and re-routed the driver to cross the bay to pick up my keys in the East Bay and then deliver them to me in Santa Rosa. It worked perfectly, and the driver texted me occasional progress updates ("I have the keys and am on my way to you now.") The dispatcher and driver were both kind and cheerful, and the elegant solution cost me HALF of what a fare would have been; it also saved me the hassle of having to travel instead of being productive where I was. It was still an expensive bit of carelessness on my family's part, but Sonoma Sterling Limousines softened the blow. I couldn't be happier and was impressed with their humane, personal approach. Wonderful Experience with Lisa and Sterling’s Holiday Lights Tour

Lisa was an absolutely splendid chauffeur! From start to finish, she made the entire experience smooth, enjoyable, and memorable.

Before the event, Lisa maintained excellent communication. She kept us informed about her arrival time, where she was parking, and made sure everything was clear. She arrived on time, and from the moment we got into the car, we felt safe and well taken care of.

The car itself was spotless and beautifully decorated with holiday-themed cheer, including tinsel, colored napkins, candy canes in the glasses, and spectacular lighting inside the cab. It truly felt festive and added to the magic of the evening.

Lisa’s driving style was smooth and comfortable and safe. Her warm, friendly personality made the experience even more special. She took us to see the most amazing light displays, and every stop and sight was delightful. She even offered to take pictures of our family so we could enjoy the moments without worrying about selfies.

This was our first time riding with Sterling and doing the holiday lights tour, and it was unforgettable. Everyone in our family—from Nanna to our teenage daughter—had an absolutely wonderful time. Lisa’s efforts and thoughtfulness played a big part in that.

By the end of the night, Lisa felt like family. I would wholeheartedly recommend Lisa as a chauffeur and Sterling for any occasion. This experience exceeded all our expectations!

Everything from start to finish was seamless. I had booked a birthday trip and everything was reserved. Unfortunately, the wildfires caused us to have a change in plans and we needed to travel further out of sonoma and napa to have some tastings. I called Sonoma Sterling Limousines (SSL )and Jennifer was fabulous- she was sending me updates via text message daily. She also went to great lengths to set up some winery tastings. Our driver Dan was courteous, professional and overall amazing. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. We had only 1 day booked with Dan for him to take us to Lodi. Our group had such a fab time and loved Dan so much we booked him again for the following day. Keep in mind, we had no reservations booked for the next day. Dan and Jennifer did some calling around and set up two wonderful tastings in Healdsburg. Dan did everything to make sure we got the bus we wanted and also suggested some local spots to eat- He even picked up the lunches we ordered as we sat and tasting wine. This company is worth every penny and I will use them again should I ever need to visit...
