I bought an acs310 variable frequency driveFrom electrical supply in Santa Rosa California.The drive worked great for a short time. The positive input terminal broke. I'm suspecting shotty soldering when manufactured. I spoke with Jamie as he told me he would be able to help for any issue when I bought the almost 600 dollar unit. Then Jamie texted me and asked me to "shoot him an email" Which I did. Then he emailed me back with another co workers contact info to email and he would help me. So I emailed him and have got no response and now nobody will talk or contact Me. I'm trying to get a small business off the ground and now all hope seems to be lost. Electrical Supply has ruined a small business that now I can't provide for my 2 children or wife....
