Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

My daughter bought this pizza at Papa Murphy's on West College Ave in Santa Rosa, CA, a couple weeks ago, and after it was baked in the oven, (which she did cook it at a lower temperature than it was supposed to be cooked), well after cooking she and her boyfriend saw maggots walking around on top of it, yes MAGGOTS! So disgusting, immediately ruined everyone's appetite, and as of now, we're still scared to eat anymore pizza from anywhere after that disgusting and traumatizing experience. My daughter and her boyfriend took the pizza back to Papa Murphy's, showed them the pizza and the video she took of the moving maggots on the pizza, and they immediately reimbursed her money. We called the Health Dept, but they couldn't send an inspector till the next day, which of course gave them plenty of time to clean up and check their food and throw out any evidence. When the inspector called back the next day, she said she couldn't find anything, of course, and like she herself told me, a whole day went by, so they could have cleaned up real good. Well people, just be careful when eating at Papa Murphy's, they're not as clean...

UPDATE: I was told 12 days ago by corporate that I would get a refund from the owner in 3-5 business days. I am not even remotely surprised I still have not gotten it as I see in the reviews he's TERRIBLE to customers and it was not just me. Just sent a follow up email to corporate... To Be Continued...

I live on the West side of town and typically pick up from THIS location after work. HOWEVER, I placed an order for pick up at Callistoga Road. because I had plans on that side of town. My kid got sick, we cancelled our plans, so I called and canceled it long before I was due to pick it up (AT the Callistoga Rd. location). I got charged anyway and I have called 3 times since 1/3 to find out how we could resolve it. Today the owner called me and apparently he also owns the one on W. College. He tries to tell me that it was delivered to my house. I told him no, why would the Callistoga Road location deliver to Coffey Park. He then says, well it came from W. College... But... W. College doesn't have delivery... ??? We will not be buying anymore food from EITHER store. Waiting to see if I can get it resolved higher up. ...

I usually go to the papa Murphys in Cotati, but today I decided to go to the one down the street from where I live. The worker seemed bothered that we walked in. First thing she greeted us with was "hi did you place an online order?" I answered no, and she seemed annoyed and told me she would be right with me. She then walked across to the cash register, as she was rubbing her face and eye with her hands that had missing acrylics nails. I asked her if she had a family size special. She barely let me finish talking and said interrupted me and said "yea we have 3 options", and proceeded to read them to me very fast. I said yes, and she said "ok which one". I ordered and she said rudely "is that all?" I said yes. She scratched her head, then rushed to ring me up, went to the back and grabbed the pizza, seemed bothered because I asked for the receipt, she had no name tag on, and the name on the receipt was a males name. This work crew needs some training. I get it's a quick grab and go, but as a customer that type of service does not make me want to...
