These darn things are addictive. They're smaller than a "traditional" twisty pretzel and toasty brown so part of you wonders if they'll be dry, hard, or crusty, but they are not. They're the perfect soft pretzel inside with a lovely toasty outside. Heating them up the way she suggests makes them seem like they're fresh out of the oven the first time. We've had the plain ones, the herb ones, the cheesy-jalapeño ones and have twice gotten the cinnamon ones for breakfast on the weekend. The dips that go with the plain ones are phenomenal: cheesy jalapeno, mustard, herb mix are all super tasty and the portions of the dips are ample. The cinnamon ones get a sweeter cinnamony cream cheese dip but it's not overly sweet and it perfectly matches...

First of all - the pretzels. I have gotten the mix-batch a few times now, and they have always been just that right combination of chewy and doughy with a crisp outside that a pretzel should be. The flavors are incredible. Secondly - Claire is so kind and accommodating! Always responds right away to emails and questions, and very professional. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. If you want some incredible pretzels for that COVID picnic date or even just an awesome morning in or a group meeting, look no further!

What a wonderful shop! It’s easy to get to. Ordering online was a breeze. Communication with a shop owner was very easy. And these are very reasonably priced pretzels. I was in charge of appetizers for Oktoberfest, and these perfectly soft chewy pretzels, are exactly what I was looking for! She even threw in a few extra for my kiddo, and I to snack on since we were the last customers of the day. We will definitely be back!. We loved the herb, seasoned pretzels, the classic salted pretzels, as well as the pretzel buns! Those are going to make some great sandwiches....
