I've eaten here two tines before and had good experiences. This last time was not so good. I ordered over the phone for a pick up. They told us 25 minutes. We show up at 25 minutes and they looked kinda confused and went to the kitchen area came back and said give us 8 minutes. We sat down near the front door where another lady was sitting who had ordered online and proceeded to tell us she had ordered online 45 minutes ago and got there and has been waiting another 20 to 30 minutes. As we are talking and waiting I notice an employee that has a dog in the bar area that is also the restaurant area where I notice an older couple sitting in front of us at a table waiting for dinner. The employee with he dog , dog has now started barking and has barked numerous times drowning out the noise of the busy bar. This employee has now gone to the kitchen and grabbed food with his bare hands to come back out and feed the dog. I think to keep it from barking. But it did not help and the dog kept barking and making multiple people at tables upset that were just waiting to be served a nice dinner. At this point I see the older gentleman in front of us sitting with his wife looking around the whole time we have been there. That has been there way longer then us but not sure how long. Now we are going on 10 minutes of our 8 minute wait time. He finally catches the eye of a waitress and as he ask about when they will be served with nothing on there table not even water. The waitress throws her arms in the air and says well we have a 30 person party sooooooooooooo! At this point I have realized they probably did not even put I the online order for the lady we were talking to and probably did not even put in our phone order. As the employee that is sitting at the bar not working dog starts barking again I decided it was time to go. So we left and as we were leaving the guy who told us to wait saw us leaving and acted surprised or like we were doing something wrong and said so you're walking out now. And I told him absolutely!!! Bottom line is if you can't handle what you got going on at least tell the truth. Give tines that are according to what you can handle. And probably not a good idea to have an employee feeding their dog front the kitchen while sitting at the bar while patrons can't even be served. Also not a good idea to have a 70 plus year old couple sitting waiting for a long time and have your waitress throw her hands in the air and basically tell them they don't matter because you decided to take a 30 person party that obviously you...
Read moreFirst i will start with the only good thing the staff is friendly if all you are looking for is friendly staff that is about all this what this place is good for.
They ruined my mother's birthday dinner we got to go and at $45.94 for two sandwiches($38.94 before tip and I wouldn't have left a tip if I had known how bad things were) you would have thought it would have been good.
I went in and order two Mama Birds to go because my mother wanted to have her Birthday dinner at home.
The Mama Bird says sliced warm turkey breast, stuffing, cranberry sauce on toasted bread with a side, No where does it say Mayo or would one expect Mayo in a Hot Turkey Sandwich.
So I ordered MaMa Bird without stuffing, When I get it home they have Mayo on them, If I had known they were going to have Mayo on them, I would have ordered no Mayo for them both also if I had known.
I could not eat mine, and I am glad I checked first because I get sick when i eat Mayo, so one sandwich will sit and hopefully someone will come over who can.
My mother ate half her sandwich even though the turkey was cold and dry and the gravy was all lumpy, You could tell she didn't like, but she isn't one to throw food away(especially at that price)
For a restaurant that specializes in Turkey, They don't know what they are doing, and they poor descriptions of their food, I will never eat there again I don't...
