Saturday Oct 21st after having a long day of church and youth events I treated my kids to a sonic blast, purple slush, I got myself a cherry limeade. My order came to $10.50 I used my cash app card, after arriving at the drive thru window because there are Halloween decorations covering the little windows of the drive thru as well as big sonic decals on the other bigger windows you can not see anything I waited well over what I needed to wait for drinks, after receiving my order I asked for straws, napkins I suppose I was suppose to sip out of the little straw hole I’m not sure the young acted like he was on something? I have my cash app card to pay because I consumed with other things as well as asking for items for our drinks I didn not receive my cash app card back. This was at 7:40 10 mins later an employee uses my cash app card for the amount of $10.39 Sunday morning I called Sunday after speaking with Sara the manager I’m told I was refunded cash after she told me it would be 7-10 business days before I would receive the money back on my card 🤔 this is NOT MY IDEA OF CUSTOMER SERVICE there was a reason I don’t patronize the sonic in town first food now you have employees treating themselves to dinner with customers cash app card. The manager never apologized. So there you have it. We decided to have sonic for dinner tonight, don't go to sonic very often for this reason...
We pull in and park, look over the menu and pick out what we are going to have. I order a #2 with mayo, chili cheese tots and an ocean water add mango. Then I given my total and told bye, was trying to tell her that I was not done and had more to order and she hung up on me. So I pressed the botton again and told them I wasn't done with my order, i also needed a #4 with mayo, onion rings dr.pepper also needed another med coke, med chili cheese tots, and a med cheese curds.
We didn't even get our cheese curds or one order of chili cheese tots. The order of chili cheese tots we did get wasn't even close to edible. Our burgers were slopped together and cold. Pretty sure the only thing we got that was cooked fresh was our onion rings.
We will not be back to this sonic! I would encourage anyone and everyone to find something or somewhere else to go for dinner... Because no body here cares what or if you eat. They don't even care enough to make sure you got all the stuff...

This location has went to pot just like most of Sapulpa. I use the app i order ahead and get to the store check in and then begin to wait as usual. well 30 minutes go by and still nothing I finally hit the button and get told they will be right out so I am like ok well food comes out cold. I then get told that the food had been sitting there since i placed the order but then get told they weren't notified that i checked in though the screen outside told me i checked in and my food would be out. Like I said i have been there before and been told before they don't even cook the food till you check in but now they cook the food but don't have a sign anywhere that maybe the check-in service doesn't work. I guess from now on I will always click the button as soon as i get there after i check in and constantly hit it every few minutes. Cause they offered nothing to fix the order or anything then i get told to get a refund i would have to go through the app. just trash service and trash customer service. But, again i apologize i should have not lost my cool with them and just thrown the food away which i did and called the app and spent an hour trying to get...
