My daughter had a 1:10pm appointment to get her finger prints done inside the tag office there, we arrived 20 minutes early for her appointment. She needed to use the restroom so, we went yo DG, they said they don't have a public restroom, that Subway does. We walked to Subway and upon entering the store was 3 people in line. A individual with glasses quickly asked if we was getting anything, I said no, my daughter needs to use the restroom. That same individual wearing glasses said that they don't have a public restroom. I said okay and asked if this was something new because I have used that restroom without purchase in the past. He we don't have a public restroom but harbor freight might. I thanked him anyway and proceeded out the door, as I was leaving, I noticed the door said "Restrooms for customers only". Seeing that we was running short on time, I step in and said to him " So you do have a public restroom but, I have to purchase something". Before i could complete my question he said very rudely "We don't have public restrooms" I said " I will purchase a bag a chips just so she can use the restroom. The other female employee was standing there getting ready to point where the restroom is, my daughter took a step to head that way and im assuming the manager states again, We dont have public restrooms unless you are a customer purchasing something, i said, I know i am going to buy some chips. Very rudely said pay first and we keep the doors locked. There was a young lady in front of us, and for time sake, i asked her if i can pay for her meal, she agreed, I stood behind her so that i can pay for her meal. The manager took his poor time completing the order in front of this young lady. So while waiting, i started talking her. I asked her if she wanted chips, cookie or drink since i offered to pay, she responded "No thank you, she mentioned she just had to get back to work. I asked "Where do you work"? Dollar tree, she said, im the manger there. While our lengthy conversation was going on the manager chimes in to tell me that im not allowed to cut in line. I told him that i was not cutting, that i am going to pay for her meal so thatmy daughter can use the restroom. Manager said "she can handle her own and insisted that i cant pay her order. I let him know that he dont get to tell me how to spend my money. He then tells me that he can ask me to leave becausr im being rude. I said sir i am not being rude, and i have been in management for many years, so you are not going to convince me that this is how customer service work. The women he was still ringing out, apologized to me for the treatment i was getting and offered to share her coupons, i declined and thanked her. Finally its our turn to pay. MY daughter late for her appointment, the young lady late for work. I paid then asked again if my daughter can use the restroom, he hesitated then told Bre to unlock the bathroom door, she said it is never locked. While my daughter was in the restroom, the line died down and Bre went outside for a break,, the manager gets him a fountain drink and follows her out, leaving myself, my father and daughter inside. BRE came back in and expressed her apology and talked about how he is always rude. Something needs to be done here. The entire time, i watched a employee manage her manager. Read moreWe’ve visited this subway many times over the last year. Recently, every time we have went, we have been severely disappointed. It doesn’t matter what time of day or day of the week, they’re short staffed. At least the last two times, they’ve only had one employee working. The employee working last night began making our online order, then had guests come in. I understand that guests who are in person often require the attention over online orders. When we walked in at the pick up time listed on the app, my sandwich was sitting in the open, had been toasted, and set to the side. We waited over ten extra minutes for our food, despite there only being two sandwiches made between the time we arrived and left, aside from ours. My husband stood and waited for our food and the whole time, the employee was mumbling under his breath about how he doesn’t want to make sandwiches, doesn’t want to work, etc. When we got home, less than a five minute drive from the store, my sandwich was ice cold and wasn’t even on the bread I had ordered. Every other banana pepper was a stem. I’m very disappointed in where this subway’s service has gone over the last few months. We’ll be driving further for a better location from now on. Hopefully this location’s management reads the reviews and understands that only having one person working during peak dinner hours may save money on payroll, but will eventually lose you enough customers that it won’t matter how much you’ve saved on...

The driver was kind enough to let us know that once they walked a little lobby and verified who they were. With no other customers by the way. The staff two people informed the driver that it's going to be a what. The workers then chose to discuss scooby doo instead of starting on the orders. Our driver has sent us periodic messages and updates. At the time of singing this, it has been a total of fifty five minutes. That the driver has been stuck waiting for 6 subs.To be made. An operator end up calling a manager that was off duty in order to make a meatball sub, because it didn't know where to get and prep more meatballs. Very much not a good look. Last update the the driver was told that. They will have to start another customers. Sandwiches, while waiting, would you prep meatballs. Probably, some of the worst service i've ever heard of at any subway. Looking through the reviews, this establishment is not scoring very well.As of late.
