I wanna leave an amazing review for an even amazing group of people. My girlfriend and I came in last night after an absolute crazy day. we were immediately greeted with warmth and hospitality. Our waitress was the definition of fantastic, and the food was delicious. About halfway through our meal, there was a few people in the restaurant at the time, and my girlfriend and I, got to talking about life. Specifically, if your were guaranteed 10 million dollars, on the condition that you wouldn’t wake up tomorrow. The question was to on pit value in life, that money isn’t everything. It’s the time we have on this earth.. all of the employees joined in on the topic and it was an experience I never expected, and it was amazing seeing every stranger around us just talking and soaking up the moment. Every single one of the employees is amazing and we are ecstatic, This was the restaurant we decided to go to. On top of that, I dropped my wallet when I went up to use the restroom. After searching hours for it, I finally called waffle House, and spoke with the manager, who informed me that one of the employees turned it into the office as soon as it was it was found. Considering the massive vulnerability I faced with having all my information lost, the burden of having to get everything replaced, and losing a picture in my wallet of a family member, who is no longer with us, putting it into words how much I appreciate that, is impossible. When I arrived a few minutes ago to retrieve my wallet, the entire restaurant welcomed me like we were best friends who haven’t seen each other in 10 years. I wish I can reward each and every single one of these hard-working, amazing individuals, but unfortunately, I’m not in the spot financially to do so. I truly hope the gravity my waffle House experience can be. Thank you to everyone of you, and...
Read moreWent in late night with a friend to grab a breakfast to go. The waitress was nice and suggested the chicken as I was not really ready for breakfast so I decided to try it. As soon as she called out a chicken to the Cook he looks like he did not want to do that order, I ordered my hash browns covered and smothered to add bacon and mushrooms and onions. With the biscuit inside a gravy. We got our food about 15 minutes later and headed back to the hotel. Once we got upstairs I discovered that my order was not correct and the chicken that was suggested to me it was tough and overcooked and not at all appetizing. I looked around for the phone number to the place so I can take my food back and get it correct order when I finally found it I called and the person that answered said that she is the one that cooked my food said that I had been there 3 hours ago. We were never given the check or a receipt but I was absolutely certain it had been only 45 minutes ago and I checked my messages and my Google location to prove that that was true. She refused to even think about refunding my money or correcting my order told me I have to come back in the morning to talk to the manager. I had to be at work the next morning I could not go in at that time so I'm basically out $20 for food I never ate. Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the term customer service you don't argue with your customer on this lady clearly was arguing with me I will never go back to that restaurant again the food was deplorable. The cocky attitude of the cook about not wanting to cook my chicken in the first place and then the person that answered the phone who was not the man who was on the grill it was a woman was rude disrespectful and basically called me a liar. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere...

This year, for my birthday, all I wanted was to enjoy a nice Waffle House dinner with the family! We had a group of over 10 people, and we were all well accommodated! The restaurant was nice and clean. There was zero wait time. The staff was kind and respectful. The food was quick, hot, fresh, and delicious!
I personally ordered the Texas Cheesesteak Melt with a side of Hashbrowns scattered and covered. For those who don't know, "scattered" is spread out on the grill to get crispy and "covered" with melted cheese. You can also get them "smothered" cooked with onions, "chunked" with ham, or even "country" topped with gravy. Then, of course, I also had to have a Waffle House waffle on the side with a cup of coffee!
Overall, our experience was great! The Waffle House is my absolute favorite American Diner! This location is the first ever Waffle House I visited as a child, so it was memorable being able to return to it in my 30's and share it with my own child! We even got to play some tunes on the jukebox during our meal! My Auntie bought me the waffle house mug as a souvenir for my birthday to add to my coffee mug collection! I couldn't have been happier!
10/10...
