Taco Bueno — Restaurant in Sapulpa

Came in on 12/20/15 they were having there promo of $.49 tacos and bean burritos. The place was busy which was understandable,given the deal. But it seemed they were understaffed. we waited for forty-five minutes for our food to arrive. It was a to go order. The bathrooms were disgusting the salsa bar was disgusting . They had to be asked several times to brings out more salsa. Especially since they had several workers behind the counter who were just standing around. I know there "job description" might be listed as something different . But with that many people come on help out. In the time time it took for our order to arrive we went to the McDonald's next door twice to go to the bathroom and buy drinks. Their restrooms were cleaner. They also had one worker who was preparing food without gloves and another who had a belly button ring and she kept messing with it. When another customer said she should go wash her hands. They didn't want her touching their food . She got defensive and was rude said she used hand sanitizer. Manager didn't do much. Don't know if I could come back to this place again. Extremely...

We walked in and waited at the counter for 5 minutes without an employee in sight. After 3 vocal yells someone finally responded. After we ordered we discovered there were no forks upon asking for forks we were informed they were out. We went to the salsa bar and did not use any of these items because of the unsanitary conditions. We then tried to find a table that was not dirty. After cleaning a table ourselves we sat down. Being the only customers in the place it still took 10 min. To get our food. When we asked for the queso that went with our order we got an eye roll and disgusted huff from the employee. We found out why it too so long for our order. It was so they could sufficiently burn the cream cheese chimichangas. They were so dark and crisp they were cold not be eaten. Disbelieving our experience we stopped in the restroom on our way out only to find the room with urine on the floor no toilet paper and no paper towels to dry hands. Only placed 3 stars to keep my comment public. THE EMPLOYEES HERE TODAY ARE RUDE!!! I was here around 2:05-2:10pm today, Dec 7, 2023 and they stood there taking and making drive thru orders and saw me standing there. The girl made an order and took it to a guy in the restaurant waiting, and didn't even look at me. There were 2 on the line and one in the back. As.soon as they saw me looking at them, they turned away and started talking I stood, waiting and waiting for someone to simply take my order!!! They are so very rude and disrespectful!! You may not like your job, but that's no excuse to mistreat people and lack customer service skills. At least people skills. They had nothing! I walked out!! Got my daughter and left! As I left, they looked at me, and said nothing. I made it clear that I was upset and leaving, yet they did nothing!! NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!!
