Interstate Inn — Hotel in Sapulpa

This motel is vile, filthy and absolutely disgusting!!!

The room smells like raw sewage, the furniture was broken, burnt and covered with graffiti.

Filthy bathroom the towels were gross and the sheets stunk. Worst of all were the cockroaches & bed bugs.

One nights stay and the bedbugs bit my entire body!!!

The proprietor of the "Interstate Inn" in Tulsa, Oklahoma refused to give us back our money.

Even though he was paid for one week accommodations and only stayed one night.

We called the local police because the manager was confrontational with me when I wanted to go somewhere else.

The Sapulpua police told us that He has been called out to this dump on several other occasions for exactly the same complaints.

I will be contacting the Health Department first thing in the morning. Hopefully this dive will be shut...

They told me one thing when I inquired about a room, I paid the higher rate for the room that was bigger w/microwave and fridge and got only a fridge. The second person who actually rented me the room told me that I "mis-heard" the first person. Then the actual manager called me a liar when I told him that I was told that I was supposed to have a microwave and fridge. He told me yet a different story about what my paying a "higher rate" got me. Then had the nerve to make it out like I was putting HIM out by not paying more for my room. My room had rodents, roaches, and a leaky AC that blue room temp air. My neighbor there had to move because of bedbugs. If you need a room in this area I highly recommend the Crystal motel. It's 2 doors down going south on Skelly. Good...

The WORST Motel/Hotel experience of my life. Booked a room online....Go to check in, manager then tells me he has "No rooms available" and just to be a complete douche wouldn't even give me the key for the room I already paid for. Since the room was booked online, he refused to give me a refund, even called the web site that I used to book the room. Nothing they could do with out said douchebags permission. I get to the room, my first thought was "Ok, kinda nice for the price. There were roaches. Bathroom had holes in the wall. Toilet paper in said hole. We woke late the next day, so we went ahead and paid again. Which was stupid. My husband accidentally left his brand new wedding ring on the countertop... they've lied saying that they don't have...
