I tried to order at this location on Saturday. I have a large family and I arrived in the drive thru at about 11:30. I passed the stand alone menu and went to the one with the speaker because I knew I wouldn't remember everyone's order. When I got to the menu board it was still on breakfast. The person on the speaker answered with an attitude. I asked if they were still serving breakfast I was told no and I told her the board was still on breakfast and asked if she could tell me what was on the lunch menu. I know these boards can be turned to the lunch menu and it was an hour after lunch had started. I was told there was another menu board I could back up to. I asked was I supposed to remember everything when I pulled back up. I was answered with a what. I backed up to try to figure out my order. I pulled back up to the speaker to try to place the order. When I began asking for my first item the person acted as if they could not hear me. I repeated myself at least 3 times. I ended up not ordering and pulling off . The back door of the restaurant was open and the noises coming from inside was like someone was throwing utensils and pans around. I went next door to McDonald's I did not want it but I refused to try anymore at Hardee's. I was the only customer at Hardee's when I was treated that way the two restaurants on either side of Hardee's were full of customers. Hardee's parking lot was a ghost town at the beginning of the lunch rush and now I know why. Read moreIt’s unbelievable how the management treats certain customers. This morning I sent my wife to get breakfast for me and my family. When my wife arrived she already had in mind what we wanted to eat. But my elderly mother changed her mind at the last minute Because she was told that her eggs could not be scrambled... So instead my mother said she wanted to go with the breakfast platter at krystals. When my wife got up to the window she told the manager the dilemma and asked if she could take off the platter but that we were going to buy everything else. The manager then proceeded to catch a attitude... and honestly do believe it’s because my wife is white. I’m black by the way. The manager told my wife that she was not going to take it off and cashed her out anyways and then refused to give a refund. This treatment is unacceptable! They are mediocre at best, and starting around 8:39 they start telling you that they're out of everything or this machine's broken or that machine's broken. If their machines are broken that often they need to have them repaired well or replace them all together.
