Taco Bell — Restaurant in Saraland

I patronized the Taco Bell in Saraland. I ordered 6 of the Cheesy Bean and Rice Burritos without cheese and two caramel empanadas. I went inside because the drive through had about six cars in it. My order was taken almost immediately. I had about 4 people who had ordered before me and were waiting for their orders. There were only two guys working the prep table to get the orders out. They were fast and efficient. Both lines, inside and out, were reduced quickly. My only complaint, the burritos that I received were soooooo small and inadequate that I could roll all six of them up as one and still not have a burrito the size of the advertised displays pictured in the restaurant. There was more "dough" than anything. I don't know if that reflects on the guys, who were probably working on a specified/preset scoop... or what have you, or the company for specifying such a meager amount. At any rate, none of us you ate the burritos in question were filled or satisfied. Including my two years old nephew who finally handed me his burrito and said, "I don't want any more of this bread". This store needs to be shut down ! The customer service is terrible and the way they prepare/bag the food is just as bad if not worse. The two times I’ve been I’ve placed mobile orders. The first time they claimed I only placed one when in fact I placed TWO and had the receipt to prove it . The manager and staff were going back and forth trying to solve the situation when all they had to do was just prepare the other order. The second and LAST TIME I came , the lady at the speaker asked if the order on the screen was correct when there was no order on the screen and told me an incorrect total. Then I pull up to the window and try to show her the receipt and without even looking at it she says it was right. I then received my food ( which was in one bag when I had two separate orders 🙄 so everything was just thrown in the bad) and realized I was missing an item . I told the last that I was missing something and someone in the back says "No she ain’t!" I said "Yes I am!" And then showed her the that it wasn’t in my bag and they gave me my missing item. If I could give it less than zero stars I would. My order was repeated to the girl more than once at the drive thru. We were asked to pull around to the parking lot to wait for my food. The young girl come out looking at me with a face that said she had an attitude and just said here's your food and kinda reached it out to me in a snappy way. My taco supremes were wrong and smaller than a regular soft taco would be and my pinto beans and cheese were nothing but thick dry beans with cheese dumped on top. No sauce. We took the food back and was guaranteed the taco supremes would be fixed the way they are supposed to be and told that my pinto beans were just supposed to be that way. We get the food back and they only "fixed" one of the taco supremes, left the other two how they were and told I could just eat the beans and cheese I already had and put my own taco sauce on them. The one taco supreme they said was now fixed was wrong again , this time having everything on it that I asked not to be on it and all my food was refrigerator cold. Very unsatisfied and...
