KFC — Restaurant in Saraland

I don't post reviews very much but KFC in Saraland definitely deserves it after the service I received tonight. When I was placing my order the employees in the drive thru immediately and respectfully informed me that it would be a wait because they had to cook my order. Which I was fine with it was kind of late, and I highly respect her for letting me know about the wait BEFORE I paid for my food. She then apologize to me at the window again and asked me if there was anything they could get me while I waited and then asked me to pull forward to wait. I was impressed at how kind and respectful she was while I'm sure she deals with rude and disrespectful costomers most of her day. It was a different employee that brought my order out to me, and she also was very nice and apologized again for my wait and told me to have a nice night. Ordered 2 Famous Bowl meals for me and the wife, and a popcorn chicken meal with mac and cheese for my 2 year old. Famous bowls were more what you would classify as soup than anything, chicken didn’t taste right in them, now anyone with a young child knows how picky kids are, got my daughter’s popcorn chicken meal, no mac and cheese (her favorite food currently) instead they give us a half empty thing of dry, fishy tasting fries. Couldn’t do anything about it because I had to pull up and wait for the food, dude that brought it out was rude, basically just threw it through my window to me! This Saraland store is the absolute worst I've ever been to!! 2 time straight, (one week apart) they served me a disaster!!! Last weekend I ordered a 4pc,"3 thighs-1wing", extra biscuit, got home, no wing and no biscuit. Tonight I ordered a 3pc thigh and extra biscuit. Got home and my thighs were burnt and dried out and the biscuits were hard as cement!! This time I called and spoke to the manager about how this is the 2nd straight time something has happened with my order. She told me that it's nothing she can do unless I come back to the store with the order, I told her that's it's pouring down rain and I had just gotten off from working 10rs when I had stopped by there and could I stop by the next night when I get off. She told me no, that it had to be tonight or nothing!!! Me being a Chef realize that things happen in the foodservice industry but this is unacceptable!!!! Never...
