Microwaved. Idiotic service. Dead zone. Can't figure out previous reviews.

It was a dead zone upon entering. Given it was about 2:30 bit there was no music or anything. Food was sitting in the hot area but I question if it was really being kept hot for the constant microwaving going on after we ordered. Literally it went off at least 20 times. The only staff on hand kept forgetting what we ordered. We didn't get what we really wanted got sides since they weren't microwave ready. Our dishes were overpriced, lukewarm and pitiful. I only hope they didn't poison us with bacteria from poor did management. We were tempted to walk out after the 5th microwave but wanted to see how bad this experience was really going to be. Food was served in to go containers though we dined in. Our sides were messed up because the server let getting our orders wrong. The curry goat was blah and the jerk chicken was dry. I didn't want rice but was served a huge amount of it.

The end was even better in that our server couldn't figure out how to use the cash register. She was incapable of a solution. We dropped some cash and left. I literally don't lie when I say this was the stupidest dining...

So went because they have yams and Mac and cheese. Had the jerk chicken so the food didn't blow me away. The customer service did the lady was nice and helpful definitely would go back because of the service atleast. The food jerk had a little heat to it not a lot. She put some gravy over the rice made a huge difference. Yams where good, mac was good. But nothing was outstanding great to my opinion. But I would go back to try other things. Her gravy looks to be pretty good. So based on price and everything I would recommend going back for user. A solid 6/10 now this can change an go higher if I try the fish stew and it's hit out of the park.

Update had a few more dishes food isnt bad not the best I ever taste but...

I have ordered delivery from this restaurant twice recently. Without a doubt some of the best food I've ever had delivered. It is certainly in my top 5 favorites. I've had the Jerk Chicken Plate and the Jerk Pork Plate and I've had the Plantains, Greens, Beans and Rice, and Peas Soup as sides. The pork and chicken were so flavorful and fall off the bone tender. The jerk seasoning running down into the rice was ridiculously good. The soup and greens and plantains were just as yummy. I can't wait to try the ox tail and curried goat. Seriously, if I had to sum up in one phrase it would be: OMG HOW IS THIS...
