We recently completed our home in the West Indies, directly on the Atlantic Ocean, and experience trade winds most of the year. Love the cooling effect, but it made our decks vulnerable to the winds and rain (it goes sideways) and limited our time outdoors.

When we first met Randy and explained our situation and our goals, he was able to devise a plan for us, although it meant doing some “custom” product design. The arched openings were 12’ wide and 8’ high. He suggested roll up shades, custom designed to adjust in height and anchor on the sides to resist high winds. Working with Randy, and directly with the staff in the assembly plant, we were elated with the “can do” attitude everyone had. It was installed by our local tradesmen on the island (who had never worked with this before) and it went up and performed perfectly. We now have full use of our outdoor spaces and, as the fabric allows us to see through it, we don’t feel closed in. It’s perfect for us. Our friends and visitors comment how effective the system works. The whole process was seamless, it was cost effective, and even after the sale, your staff continued to help us tweak it to improve the installation.

We had an awning installed about 3 years ago. Unfortunately the heat seal started to fail and they immediately came out and identified that it was something unrelated to wear and tear and offered to replace the fabric at no charge except for the labor of taking down the awning and putting it back up. They ordered the material and took the awning down and within less than a week are scheduled to replace the awning with the new fabric. These folks really have a fantastic reputation in town and we would have no hesitation using them again and again. Communication is excellent.
