I had a horrible experience. I spent 45 minutes in a face-to-face enjoyable conversation with Jack. I provided a sample sign and a typed list of wording for other signs. Jack said that he would do some research on the sign requested, get proposals together for the others, and email everything to me. That was July 20th. Mid August I called. Jack was away so they took a message for him. On Sept 10th I called again and had to leave another message. On Sept 11th I received the following email:

Hi Teal,

I see you called yesterday but the number that was taken down for you was incorrect.

I remember talking a couple of months ago, I cannot locate my notes from our discusson.

Feel free to call me anytime.

I called Jack and told him I needed to come pick up the sign I left with him. Jack informs that not only did he misplace his notes from our conversation, but that the sign I left must have been throw out in the trash....

Warning! At first we were very impressed with the way our flags turned out. We put them up and watched as they wobbled back and forth. We could live with the wobble,But the City came in and told us to take them down. Apparently,The city does not allow flags. You would think the company would look at your address when ordering and inform you of this issue.This cant be the first time this company has heard this. We spoke to Stacy who shared that it is not there responsibility to check on this before placing an order. (she was very nice when sharing this info) but it did not solve our problem. I suggested she have this info in the future so other businesses do not waste money. I requested a partial refund since we could not use the 3 flags we purchased. Stacy said no, but she would apply it to our next order. Why would we place another order. Businesses should not...

Unless you don't mind being treated rudely in a condescending tone, don't go here. After screaming to the back room loud enough that we couldn't hear what the desk rep was saying, he, assuming he was a manager or something, didn't even say hello. He just walked up to us with a plastic sample and then proceeded to talk down to us. We needed 18 small inserts and one decal. That's it. He quoted what seemed like a reasonable price per insert and then said we would have to provide the production-ready text. All we wanted was one word on each insert. He said he wasn't going to "make his designers sit and type out a bunch of words". (18 words...you can't type that in a minute?) He then said, "I have to make money, I'm not running a non-profit here". Really, we took our sign, and all of our future...
