Not a bad park, but probably best visited in the evening or winter as there is very little shade over the trail and despite the sun shade over the playground, the sun still hits some parts of the equipment and it becomes quite hot. The playground indicates that it is for 2-5 year olds, but for those on the younger end of that range, there is not a safe way for them to climb onto the set themselves other than climbing up the slide. The only two access points for the playset are a balance beam and a vertical ladder, neither of which are manageable or safe for a two year old. Perhaps adding some steps to the the end of the tunnel or adjacent to the balance beam would allow the younger toddlers to safely access the play set.

Playground is simple for the 2 to 5 yr old. Fishing is meh. The gator is impressive. The sun setting over the water was nice. If you're going to fish use seedless hooks or a beatle spin. Caught a couple small blue gill. Threw them back.

Super nice! It's quiet and serene along the lake with a fun playground for kids. Also the wind makes it so it's not too hot.

This is a good "in between" destinations "I need to get my child out of the car" kind of park. Definitely not the kind you plan to go to. Very small and simple, not the cleanest. And definitely cannot be compared to urfer park or Payne park. However when I'm stuck on that side of town and my son is couped up in the car I'll stop there and let him get...

I was heading up north and need ed a place to stop for my daughter to play. The best thing about this playground is it’s close to 75. The playground is overgrown and dirty, I don’t recommend stopping here, plus there weren’t any bathrooms. Very misleading from...
