Culver’s — Restaurant in Sarasota

This Culver’s is the best by far in every way!! I’ve come here religiously ever since it opened in this location, all employees have been so courteous with me and serving with a smile rain or shine 😄 (pun intended with my story below😄) And after my last experience there, it only confirmed what special and wonderful people work there!! A couple days My friend and I had a coupon to Culver’s and we’re looking forward to sharing two burgers together, we got the gold and we’re leaving the drive-through and pulled onto the street.. I immediately felt my tire was going, as I pulled back into Culver’s parking lot.. The tire was totally flat pancake with metal shard, also It was dark 9 PM with our wonderful Florida downpour of rain… Although I know how to change a tire, being two girls and only 105 lbs myself no matter how much I tried and jumping on the lugs, I could not loosen them to proceed… it was frustrating as we knew all we needed was a mans hands to loosen the lugs so we could continue.. also there was about 15 cars that had passed in this process and a couple of other men sitting in their trucks in the parking lot my friend went inside and asked around and immediately upon hearing A wonderful man named Gustavo acted instantly Coming out with a smile in the rain to help us change a tire… This touched our heart so much… As much as we insisted Gustavo that we could change the tire once the lugs were loosened he continued changing it in such gentlemen fashion.. we tried paying Gustavo and he instituted not and that he was happy to help, i will Never forget Gustavo and the other Culver’s employees who helped!! There are still wonderful people out there, and a lot of them work...

Drive thru Got to the speaker. Employee spoke extremely fast and was hard to understand. No total given at the speaker or the window. Got to the window. A sticker was thrown on our mirror, repeated our order, handed him the card for payment. He said very quickly pull forward slammed the window closed as we were asking for a receipt. We pulled forward waited our cheese curds yo come out the girl was quick to toss the bag grab the sticker from the mirror and turn to walk away as we said we needed the receipt. She said we get that at the window. Like we were suppose to go back to get it. Started walking away again and we explained he closed the window on us and she went back to get it. What really should have been done was maybe oh I'm sorry let me go get it for you. But nope it was an automatic say something back to us. I feel customer service failed. It's easy just to be helpful and not speak back and not to be rude. The order speaker should be calmer so that it comes out clearer. Be polite and don't shut a window like that. Managers need to work on customer service. How would they want an experience to go. Jeep in mind we were the only ones in line. It was a down moment.

Customer service employees etc need to know. If you're having a bad day, remember you still have to put a smile on speaker kindly to customers. Step away for a break if things...

Culver's isn't just a burger joint, it's a full-on flavor explosion! Their burgers are undeniably delicious, juicy and bursting with flavor. The drive-thru was a breeze, and the staff? Friendly, happy, and made the whole experience a delight. Their positive energy was contagious!

Golden fried and perfectly gooey on the inside, they're the ideal appetizer (or, let's be honest, a side to share...or not!). And for dessert? Forget the boring milkshake, Culver's frozen custard is in a league of its own. The daily flavors are a fun surprise, and let me tell you, the red velvet was divine. Creamy, rich, and with just the right amount of red velvet cake flavor, it was the perfect ending to a fantastic meal.

Did I mention the pretzel bites? These warm, soft knots of dough with a satisfyingly salty pretzel exterior are perfect for dipping in their creamy queso or ranch dressing. Seriously, Culver's has something for everyone!
