It’s one thing to receive decent customer service. It’s another thing when that customer service is stellar. Tonight I received the best customer service that I’ve had in years. Abby and Jenni I can’t thank you enough!!! Abby you took an initiative for an issue (disaster) that wasn’t yours or your location. With the help from Jenni you both took care of my family tonight. Your customer service skills are spot on and will be an example for my own employees. However those skills come second to your understanding of what true empathy is and for that I’m grateful to you both. I will never forget.
