The Pub — Restaurant in Saratoga Township

I travel widely with my position in nuclear power. I had not been to this restaurant in over seven years since it was owned by Chapins. The female bartender, a somewhat heavyset girl with tattoos, was initially nice but then turned somewhat standoffish. I had the Mardi Gras pasta which honestly had a great flavor but was a mixture of cold and lukewarm. I did not want to complain because of her mood. I ate what I could, finished my drink and ask for my bill. The bill was $41 and change, I left a $58 and change tip for a total of $100 even. It is what I do back in Pennsylvania consistently whether someone gives me great service or not. Maybe she was having a bad day, I’m not sure. So I would at least give it one shot, maybe you will be luckier than I was. Anyway, I treated someone in her position like I treat every other restaurant worker I come in to contact with, they always get my respect and dignity and I tip them well. I won’t be frequenting this establishment again. Nothing personal, I’m just a once and done guy....

Perfect hometown Pub 1 min. right off HWY-80. We are on a motorcycle traveling across the state it started to rain instead of stopping at the rest stop we stopped here. For a cocktail ( be responsible) The Pub is Very clean , Great atmosphere, wonderful bartender we didn’t eat but everybody that was in there said the food is phenomenal. We heard great things about the prime rib and the pork chops from the customer. They have a slot machine room, A billiard table room. The Pub is connected to the quality inn which made me kind of second-guess myself but I’m absolutely happy that we stopped. The cocktail selection is very good. This hotel pub was better than 99% of any Holiday Inn, Marriott or Hyatt pubs. I would recommend this to...

I would never spend a dime here if I was you! Arrived at 345 after baby shower with a party of 15 looking for drinks and food. Our waitress (who was awesome) told us the cook wouldn’t be back till 430,which we totally fine with. At 530 still no sign of the cook so we asked if we could order food as we continued to order drinks. Our waitress said let me check and came back and said yes. We ordered food and after it arrived we were told to leave for ordering in food. This was the owner that told my niece this and then sent the poor waitress over to break the news to us. We tried to explain but he wouldn’t even talk to us. Worst example of ownership and customer service I’ve ever seen. Wish I...
