Taco Bell — Restaurant in Satellite Beach

Worst experience yet if I could give a -0 I would. I went to grab a bite because i was hungry and I have a allergy to milk so I asked for a salad without cheese figuring that would not cause much a problem and am assuming they had it already prepared and didnt want to just make a plain salad because i was given a salad with small amounts of cheese so i took it back up so i wouldnt die on there floor and just explain if they couldn't managed to make a salad that's ok I'll do a plain crunchy taco with some meat and I have never and I mean never had seen such a rude manager in my life,this guy who would not even come over to handle the mistake but surely could mouth me to his coworkers screaming at them saying they hate people like me and he didn't want to even try to correct the mistake so I really felt belittle so i just said it's fine I wasn't hungry after such criticism and of course I will never go here again but I never had such harsh treatment especially from a manager so am not sure what type of store there running but there manager needs help on how to manage customers with allergies and on special diets and being kind I know we all have a bad day but that was just uncalled for and for people who do have a special diets I know it's not ideal to even eat out much but at least if we try we shouldn't be told we are hated I never seen such discrimination over a...

I purchased a box with some items in it. I was told I would get the Cantina chicken instead I got chips and so when I called the manager to ask him about that that I was told that I would get that with the two other items that I had ordered, he said the tough luck That it’s kind of his problem that I can go ahead and purchase the Cantina chicken someplace and it was very rude. He hung up on me refused to do anything. I even said that I will return everything and refund my money to me and he told me that this is not Walmart. How rude is that that’s a horrible manager. I would never go to that store ever again the food what I had gotten was not good Didn’t have enough lot of the Ingredients Arriving. It was very thin so I would not go to that store ever Again, because mostly didn’t Have enough ingredients in it, and the manager was so rude refuse to compensate in any which way and the way he answered Was horrific I had never had spoken like that Especially by a manager stay away from there cause if you have a wrong order, they would never compensate you and tell you that this is not Walmart...

This place is horrible. Go in at lunch to place order as my motorcycle don't drive thru well.....no one at counter

Some black lady screams for the girl who walks right past me at register to handle one drive thru customer.....no orders pending and instead of offering to ring me up she yells from the back to use the kiosk to order. How u do that with cash is beyond me.

Literally three of us walk out together with out ordering. Way to go Taco Bell

Edit- go in today and again forced to order with cash at kiosk.....so I can hand them cash to put in the register no one can use. What's next push buttons at the drive thru speaker?

Explained why place was empty.....tried to give one more chance and again walked with nothing. You know sales keep the place open right?

What is the harm in ringing people up thru the cash register....so ya know people can ask questions and get what they want?
