Great service, great prices, large portion size compared to most, can be busy at time during our tourist season (summer months May-Oct), but it is worth the short wait period if a line. They also serve a variety of Sandwiches and other grill items. All we have tried has been very good and would recommend anything on menu, if it is a new product one has not tried previously, go outside your comfort zone and experience something new. The positive reviews on Google were what helped us select this exit location while touring Saugatuck. Their portions for price ratio is amazing! Get your kids the "itty bitty"-- they will barely be able to finish the huge sized ice cream. All-Beef Chicago dogs and crinkle cut french fries for a dinner after a day at the lake. Of all the ice cream places I've ever been in my 40-something year life, this is top 3, mainly due to how generous the servings are. A kids' waffle cone has as much ice cream as any waffle cone I've ever gotten. A small is giant. So just know what you're getting into. The hard ice cream flavor assortment is limited to around 10-12 flavors each day, and the soft serve can be jazzed up with flavor burst, which traces the edge of the swirl with a highly flavored concentrate.
