First I would like to state the specific experience took place on the showing of UFC 190. My expectations have always been exceedingly well from past experiences. Buffalo Wild Wings has always been the place to go & watch paper view fights. I used to go with a group of friends practically every time there was a fight being shown. Each visit to B-Dubs has been a memorable nights thanks to, the waiting staff, food, bartenders & over all experience.
Walking into B-Dubs I had my mind set on having another great experience, but unfortunately that did not take place. At first our waitress Britney was charismatic & was excited when we said we were going to spend the evening watching all the fights. Ordering of beers, appetizers & entrées went just fine. The first issue was after we received our appetizers they were not hot but warm like they have been sitting for a while. We didn't bring it to her attention because we did not want to be a bother since we have previously told her that we were going to be there all night. We were not expecting to receive our bills 5 minutes into eating out entrées. The next issue was when I tried to order another entrée & dessert 3 hours after arrival. She seemed to be less enthused with our needs from the start of the night. Either my watch was fast or it took 45 minutes for cinnamon squares & a southwest chicken wrap. Next would have to be watching our waitress finger bang the ice bin after sweeping & putting up chairs in the dining area still seated with 20 patrons & also a full bar.
I felt after all the money I had spent there, how understanding I was under the circumstances, my money or presence was more of a bother than anything else. I understand that tables that take up 5 hours for a fight are not the most profitable for the waitresses but we made sure to order beers, dessert another entrée & more beers. To be nice Buffalo Wild Wings in Sault Ste. Marie is a pathetic excuse of a sports bar when there wait staff achieves the making there guests feel unwanted. I could of had a better time buying the paper view fight at home & Applebee's car-side to go. I will never come back or even recommend this so called sports bar to any sports enthusiasts. Sadddd.

Read moreWorse experience ever we were sat outside when it was 85 degrees out last night. This the manager told us was due to the fact that my daughter has a service dog. Even knowing the laws and going over them with my daughter and her answering and explaining. We stood waiting for 20 min to be seated there were only few people in there. Then we were seated outside as stated above not only was it horribly hot out but we were seated in the dark and left. The manager ( has tattoos one on neck it triangle with an eye I side) comes out when we ask why we are seated out there since it is so hot he proceeds to tell us it's because the dog. Which I know for a fact is bs because we go there almost twice a month or more depending and she has her service dog and we have never had any problems before. And never have they made us sit outside in the dark for almost an hour. We were always treated with respect and kindness. And the server was horribly rude also. There were 11 with our group 4 adauls and the children ranging from 17-1 1/2. One of children has severe sezers that are brought on by the heat. This is ridiculous I hope you realize how much money you lost meals for 11 people plus dessert and to the server you lost out on a $ 100 tip or more depending on the service. Thank you for making a tragic...
