Harbor Freight — Local services in Sault Ste. Marie

In 75% of my visits to Harbor Freight, I am served by Brianna. She always provides great customer service, but it was this last visit I felt compelled to offer a review to this establishment. I am not a handyman by any means. So for someone who is learning how to "do-it-yourself" on up-and-coming projects, tutoring in tools for the job is something I am in constant need of. This last visit to Harbor Freight, Brianna took a lot of time to assist me in the right tools I need, at the prices I wanted and made all the appropriate suggestions she could give me to lead me in the right direction. But what really won me over, is she never made me feel like a noob and address all my questions, even the stupid ones (IMO), as if they were important to answer.

Two gripes.... First, a guy looking to buy a couple of thousand dollars worth of roll-around tool boxes probably wants to be able to pull the drawers open and check them out... They're locked with no keys available. Secondly, with all the 'rona going around and your big ol' signs on the doors stating "MASKS ARE MANDATORY" you'd think you'd at least have some hand sanitizer by the registers for use after...
