Unfriendly Service from a Particular Barista. I usually enjoy coming to this Starbucks, but there's one barista who consistently makes the experience unpleasant. She's shorter in height, wears glasses, and always seems to have an attitude. Every time I’ve interacted with her, she’s been short-tempered, unfriendly, and clearly uninterested in providing good customer service. She rushes through orders, never smiles, and acts like you're bothering her just by being there. I’ve seen her be the same way with other customers too, so it's not just a one-time thing.
