Arby's — Restaurant in Savage

I am doing a delivery service for UberEats and GrubHub and I believe the older man is the manager there is very rude I had customers leave because of how rude he was to me. I was waiting there for 15 to 20 minutes on my food because he said the people in front of him are the people who get served first even though I was in front of all them picking up an order that was place 10 to 15 minutes ago. he said they treat delivery service is last in line. So if they are having a busy day and there is 20 people who walk in after me I will be the last one who gets the food after they complete all the people who walked in after me. He is an older man with white hair very rude very obnoxious was talking bad about me to other customers was being very inappropriate and I reported him to corporate. I hope he reads this message and treats his customers with more care and nicely instead of being a rude nasty old man. If that’s the manager at the Arby’s location in Savage I highly recommend not going there. I had customers walk up to me and say they’ve had issues at this location before and to just call and report it...

We might of had to wait 5 mins for fresh fish...

but I ordered the 2 for 6 turkey and Swiss wrap. And I just want to say....WOW! Not only were they surprisingly good, but they get BETTER with time!

We shared 1 on the way home. Then yesterday afternoon I had a half of one. Now this afternoon I ate the last half of turkey and Swiss wrap. They were Really good.

Although I will admit that yesterday's was the best. And will be buying more at a store closer to home tonight, an hour before close, for tomorrow's lunch... :-)

Brandon Shift Manager or Night Manager is a resting crabby face type of person. Every time I visit. He is the I hate my job not friendly Awkward hard to be around bad employee who just doesn’t make me want to come back he’s not friendly whatsoever he isn’t nice with his responses. He just really need some assistance on how to treat a customer maybe he does his job good, but I’m afraid to ever see this person again, he makes me feel so uncomfortable when I’m standing in line alone waiting for food. I enjoy chatting with employees when waiting for my food if they have time, or asking people how there day is before ordering and deciding what to eat. I even tried to tip him, but he denied the tip, my reason for wanting to was to hopefully see the guy smile for the first time in his life. I gave the review 3 stars because the food is great, an the rest of the employees are either decent or great. The establishment is well and clean. It’s just that one guy who stopped me from...
