Service was slow, long waiting line and we ask for an elote in a cup. Front cashier/owner lady says there's no more cup when they are making it for the people behind us. She says stick only when the younger friendly gal was making a bunch of them in the back for people behind us. Poor service. Ice cream was delicious though. Not very helpful with non speaking Spanish customers with the older front staff possibly the boss lady. The nice woman behind us tried to interpret for us and the order didn't come out right for us. Her order for herself came out wrong also from the front...

Highly recommend! The owners and employees are super nice offered to try flavors. My hubby tried the ice cream flavors tequila and rompope “eggnog” and he loved it. He had a sample of cajeta and says he needs to go back and try more. I got the coconut with the chocolate coconut cone and it was amazing! Hit the spot. My niece got the maya drink it was so good! If your looking to try something different with many different flavors you got to check them out. I’ll be back soon to try some more....

Disappointed! Been here a few times all was good but this time an old lady messed up my order, she said she gave me what I asked for, I always say I don't like spicy they other times other ladies gave me the right thing I asked for but this time she gave me something different, when I kindly asked for it to be exchanged they said I asked for it that way. I had to throw it to the trash I couldn't even eat it. So sad because I was really hungry and...
