Was incredibly disappointed today with my Culver's experience. I had decided to take my mom out for ice cream and we went through the drive thru for 2 single scoop, flavor of the day, waffle cone's. At the window I paid and was handed one cone and asked to pull forward and I would receive my second cone shortly. I had not thought much of it as I expected it to be a very short wait, but I pulled forward and waited quite some time. Enough time that my mother was able to finish her cone before I was handed mine. And by the time I was handed my cone, it was super melted, and by even attempting to eat it, the puddle of melted ice cream around the edges dripped down and dirtied my nice work pants. As I got to the end of the cone there was no solid ice cream, just liquid that had soaked my cone all the way through and left me with even more liquid drip through the cone. This location has completely gone down hill when it comes to customer service. We just waited 20 minutes for 4 ice creams (one small vanilla, 1 FOD (which was runny), and two concrete mixers). There were NOT many customers in this location. When we sat down there was one other family inside sitting (2 other groups standing by the pop machine). The workers were not being managed well, they all seemed all over the place. Chaotic is the only way to describe it. They need a leader who will delegate and take action. The poor “manager” today seemed to be 18 years old with no experience. She didn’t even apologize when I informed her of how long we were waiting. Last time we were here, this same thing happened. We will not be back. Our time is to valuable. Take the extra 5 minutes and drive to Shakopee Culvers. 100% worth it! You’ll get your food there before you’d even get it in...

I just spoke with the manager to express my disappointment. What I received was not a Double Bacon Deluxe ButterBurger. The meat was flat and nearly transparent—definitely not a double quarter pound. There were no fried onions, and I didn’t get the extra pickles I specifically asked for. The lettuce soaked the bun, which wasn’t even toasted. Worst of all, the burger had zero seasoning—completely bland.
I paid $15.89 for this, the sandwich was 7.89. I understand I added a large fry $3… tax 1.20 something but this kind of price jump and drop in quality is unacceptable. The ButterBurger used to actually taste like butter—this one didn’t.
The manager mentioned the lettuce had too much water and something about a new supplier—well, that’s not the customer’s problem. If you’re serving soggy buns, underwhelming meat, and missing toppings, it’s your job to fix it before it leaves the kitchen.
To top it all off, I wasn’t even offered a coupon or any incentive to come back. Disappointed doesn’t even begin...
