This little Authentic Mexican place was referred to me by an acquaintance foodie...

So, I decided to check it out...

When I walked in I was pleasantly surprised. It's colorfully painted, clean, well organized and the employees were very polite & informative of the fresh made food they create for customers.

So, if you're new to this kind of place - Ask questions! They are wonderful people who will take the time to walk you through their menu and help you make the right choices of the flavor of food you're looking for.

FYI: They do not sell alcoholic beverages here, however have a great variety of non-alcoholic ones which includes Coke products.

I honestly got carried away with the fresh authentic food choices! The options were so good and so reasonably priced I decided to take my order to go...

Best choice ever that day! Reheating a few of the items at home never compromised the flavor or texture of the food! Even taking Que Taco to a Brew Pub would be a great idea.

I had 2 Chicken Tamales ($2.99 each), 2 Taco Nortenos ($2.99 each) - 1 Barbacoa & 1 Asada, 1 Shrimp Taco ($3.25) & 1 Las Gringas Taco ($2.75).

They were so tasteful with just the right amount of spice! I must admit that my favorite Que Taco is their Nortenos with Barbacoa Shredded Beef! Spicy but not overbearing.

You can't beat these prices for this amazing fresh made Authentic Mexican food joint! I consider myself lucky since it's 5 minutes from my family's lake place on Lower Prior which makes for some great future patio lunch get togethers during the warmer months! I plan on coming back soon though! Yum!

Thank you Que Taco for providing the local public with such a wonderful place to get great fresh made...

We love the food and have been loyal customers who order food from here almost weekly. We absolutely loved this place until tonight. A rude lady gave my husband the wrong sauce. When he asked her for the right sauce the lady gave him a small container so he asked for more but she refused to give him extra. She had a really nasty attitude. I called back and guess who answers? Her! I asked to speak to the owner but she said he was not in but can pass along a message. I proceeded to tell her what was the problem but she kept interrupting me and was not letting me talk. And she complained how my husband had asked for the wrong sauce to begin with. She complained how he was not specific wich sauce he wanted. Uhm lady why didn't you ask which one he meant to order instead of rudely refusing to give him more? Without letting me know, she transferred me to a guy who explained he was the assistant manager. I explained to him why was I calling but he did not understand the problem. He explained how they now charge for the extra sauce (which is totally understandable). All the lady had to do was to disclose that instead of rudely refusing to give extra sauce as we gladly would have paid extra for it. He saw nothing wrong with the lady's attitude. I will be taking my weekly business...

I go here often, today they screwed me and I always tip. I ordered asada fries, which I do from time to time.. My fries were dry as hell. I never get lettuce because that doesn't belong in it but seriously, Where's my cheese? I got little to none. I got a literal teaspoon of pico de gallo and a tablespoon of guac, I'm pretty upset because I've been going here for a couple years now I spend a lot here, I tip, never rush them or ask for anything weird or complicated, this is pretty messed up.. I guess I should have known when I didn't see my regular cashier there. Shout out to my homegirl with the glasses. You always get me right and make sure I have enough salsa. Too bad you weren't there today, your coworkers did me dirty. Now I'm cutting up my own onion and cilantro to add into my fries..ALL MAD. Next time I order I'm not tipping and I'm going to check my stuff before I leave. I may not even walk in if I don't see my usual cashier. Gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed. I'm not sure if I could still recommend this spot to anybody, which I already have. I must look pretty stupid to the people I recommended this spot too that ended up as...

For at least a month, I had ordered these tacos, and the taste was good, but the construction of them was not very good. [Because of how much cream and wet items they put in the corn tortilla...These tortillas would fall apart as soon as you picked them up.] I went in and asked if they could put a crispier flour tortilla on the outside for "sturdiness" and they did. Today, 10 minutes after ordering my meal they told me that they were to up-charge me $1+tax on each tortilla. Now, tacos cost nearly $6 each. I didn't like how they handled that scenario. UPDATE: 4/29/25 Although I am upset at how they handled the "up-charge", it is important to note...this is a personal beef I have. I'll get over it. I still, to this day, recommend them for it is only fair to be HONEST. I posted the photo so you can see exactly how I ordered their tacos. The way they look is how they SHOULD BE MADE at all times because the tacos are very WET!!! Their fish and shrimp taco (as I have them construct it), is the best thing I have ever tasted in MY LIFE! (and that's being upfront and honest)
