Huge selection, very helpful staff. They offer case discounts and certain items go on sale. Great selection of wine including organic options, sake, and champagne. Tons of beer, from craft selections by the can, to cases of the cheap stuff. Liquor selection is good, with any size from “airplane bottles” to big handles. They even have mixers and bar accessories (corkscrews, etc) so it’s really a one stop shop. Staff are friendly in helping with recommendations, checking stock, fetching cases, and offering to help carry. It’s no wonder everyone in midtown comes here to stock up for parties. This place is like if Hogwarts was a liquor store. There is magic around every corner and in this case the magic is a beautifully arranged selection of wine and spirits. I've never truly empathized with the phrase "like a kid in a candy store" until I came here. It was as if I, a 31 year old bachelor was suddenly transformed into a wistful child, untainted by the ways of the world. Except instead of candy there were shelves and shelves of alcohol. Huge selection! Probably the biggest liquor store I've ever been in. Something for everybody from an $11 bottle of bottom shelf bourbon to $300+ bottles of Johnnie Walker Blue. Huge wine selection. Friendly staff. Was in and out in just a few minutes. Parking lot is a little tight and the driveway off of 63rd street in only wide enough for one vehicle despite there not being a "One Way" or "Exit Only" sign (so sorry to the nasty old lady in the white Land Rover who got so upset when she had to back up so that I could get out of her way).
