I wish they had a half of a half star! Because one of the so-called crew leaders, did not want to help us and take our orders, she just let us stand at the register, for about 10-15mins and some people walked out, as she try to make us who are disabled, and then when we ask for someone to show us how to use the kiosk, I was cussed out and was call name and as I tried to tell the so call leaders that I couldn't hear her because I have on a hearing Aid, so she began to check me about my hearing aid and was yelling at the top of her voice, as I was at the register and she was in the kitchen, and scared my grandson whom autistic, who was very upset all away home and all that night! Because he thought he did something wrong but she just kept on calling me names and referring to my hearings aid, by calling me grandma! She needs to be fried cause she doesn't need to work where she has to interact with people who is disabled, elderly, etc.. and my grandson or me don't want to ever go back there and she cause a lot of problems for all of us, and my husband who has Alzheimer, we never want to go through something like this every again. Read moreThe food was great!!! However, the customer service was not!!! The women who took my order by the name of Ms. Becky was very rude and definitely needs some more training on her customer service skills. I asked her to repeat my order back to me and she had an attitude in doing so and told me that that was what she was about to do very rudely. Then once she repeated the order and told me my total she looked at me like she had a problem with me and I handed her the money then she sucked her teeth and mumbled bye. I told her you still owe me my change and she said I know a nickel with another attitude. I told her to stay encouraged and whatever was wrong with her it was going to be alright and she said with another attitude I know it will. I have worked in all genres of business and it is my personal belief that if you don't like the job that you applied for to save everyone the time and headache and leave so someone who needs and wants the job you clearly don't want will be able to do the job you didn't want to do and we the customers don't and won't have to deal with these types of issues!!! Read moreI ordered 2 DOUBLE fish sandwiches + add slivered onions, (it was very clearly printed on the special order ticket no mistake there) I received two single fish sandwiches with a tiny pinch of MINCED onion, since this was the 3rd time I got exactly the same mistake and paid $12 for 2 sandwiches only I went back in and showed the manager, she very politely apologized to me, then politely tried to correct the employee who proceeded to argue she did nothing wrong, after a lot more bickering in the back the manager came back with my food, I should have checked it again because now they did have 2 paddies but now had a large amount of MINCED onions, I worked at MacDonalds as a teenager and was taught that getting the order just right was the first priority, and speed came second, I now own my own business and have been manager at several others, any employee who blatantly denied wrongdoing and back talk the manager in front of customers would be fired on the spot I wouldn't even give her/him the last paycheck, I won't be going back to that...
