The young man taking orders this morning (11/18/23) is very pleasant & kind; however, the young lady making the drinks is moving so fast it’s impacting her customer service and the quality of the drinks. She needs to slow down & greet customers. Yes, we want fast service, but I rather have slow friendly service that comes with tasty drinks. More importantly, I had strands of her hair trapped between the lid & cup of my Caramel Ribbon Crunch. Also, there was barely any caramel in it and it tasted like ice. Not an actual Caramel Ribbon Crunch. A little disappointing because I come here a lot, and I fell in love with the drink because this spot made it the best. Today I didn’t even finish it. Read moreI ordered 2 hot drinks. Mine was a tall, double, eggnog latte with fat free milk. I did not get the extra shot of expresso and it barely had eggnog flavoring. Then the lady was rude when I ask her to fix it. The other drink had the same problem and it tasted watered down. Not happy at all.
