The tortillas were rolled and covered in cheese. Hard to eat with a fork, messy to pick up. Menu description says it comes with "pico de gallo, lime, and jalapenos". No pico originally, and at first waitress argued it didn't come with it. Made her bring me the menu. Then it was that the lime and jalapeños are part of the pico. Which makes no sense. They sure didn't list it as part of the guac, or list out the seasonings in the steak. But they list them for the pico, and skip the onion and cilantro? (/sarcasm)
Meanwhile, I'm getting frustrated and begging for flavor in this bland meal. I don't want to go back here ever again, but I know she loves it.
10/9/2021 - 4 Stars - Not bad. We were pretty late getting here. Enjoyed how private the booths felt. The salsa was a little spicy for her taste, and a little thin for mine. But okay. Had some queso dip, which was nice and thickened up.
I had 2 chili rellenos and sides of sour cream, guacamole, and pico de gallo. She had chicken and cheese nachos and a soft taco. She enjoyed hers a lot. Mine was good, but not amazing. The chili rellenos were stuffed generously with ground beef, but i wanted more cheese in them. They didn't charge for the sides, which was good cause they...

Still no queso. We get our meals and ask if the queso will be coming and the waitress just looks confused. She brings us what was supposed to be queso. It was just milky water. The beans tasted burnt and kids meal had meat in it when we specifically ordered bean and cheese burrito. We asked for the check and waited about 20 minutes. Then our waitress passed by and asked us if she could help us with something... THE CHECK!! She looked at us like we were stupid and then said she could check us out at the front. Then walked away. We went to the front and stood there for another 10 minutes and then the waitress passed by and asked us if we needed anything else..... We didn't even pay. We asked her if she wanted her money or not and she just stood there. We dropped 20 bucks on the counter because we had no clue how much it costed and we walked out. Ridiculous service. Do they even want their money here? Wasn't even busy in there. There were probably a total of 5 people in the restaurant at the time...
