Taco Bell — Restaurant in Savannah

The customer service was horrible the young girls working the drive thru on 3/26/19 around 10pm was very rude and disrespectful. Me and my husband spent $35 and change at your establishment the girl stuck the food out the window and Said “here go your food, ok bye! and slammed the window shut. My husband told the young girl that she was rude and that we wanted to check our order to make sure it was correct . 12 supreme tacos half soft and half hard cheese Doritos 6 of the tacos were chicken supreme and 2 chicken supreme burritos. The order was kinda large and we wanted our food a certain way. The heavy set young lady standing behind her saying what they say? just close the window! But she was clearly in the wrong. These young ladies didn’t have no sense of pride or respect for themselves or me and my husband as customers who spending our hard earned money . They are not properly trained and they don’t represent your brand or establishment Well at all . They were very unprofessional and rude and I’m sure there are plenty of young people who want to work and will take pride in doing there job the right way cause clearly these young ladies don’t take there job serious. Word of advice if you having a bad day or not in good spirits take a break or go home, matter of fact call in . Don’t come to work with a attitude being rude to people who spending they hard earned money. I have the right to check the food that I paid for to make sure it is correct. Bad energy run the money off. And have some pride and respect for yourselves. All that ghetto unprofessional behavior is not appealing, nor is it cute at all and you never know who is watching you. I would leave the young ladies names but they didn’t have on name tags and I didn’t get a receipt. But check the schedule I’m sure you know who was working the drive thru. I am very big on customer service when I’m spending my money that I work hard for every day. If I was in this review cursing name calling and being ignorant you probably wouldn’t take me seriously but it is this type of attitude,rude and disrespectful customer service that I experienced at your restaurant that put cashiers in dangerous situations. Brown skinned girl with long braids can not hear. I watched the customer who had ordered before me inform them he had not received his slushy or his 2 fountain drinks to go with his meals. She begins to look for his order in the system and goes to the cooks about the food. After 3 minutes he had to inform her it's his drinks that are missing. She goes "oooh". After ordering at a kiosk i waited 20 minutes for my food. I saw my order sitting in the back where the package the food. No one was doing anything with it. After 5 minutes of staring at it while the staff is having side conversations and the heavy set tall guy squints 2 inches away from the screen I yelled, "Is that my order for Lee. " the brown skin girl ask my name and the heavy set guy says "oh is this for Lee?" And he slowly packages it up and slowly walks it over to me like the line outside wasn't backed up and the inside wasn't full of people who haven't gotten their orders. I said after "5 minutes" annoyed with the service and the brown skin girl replies with something smart about 5 minutes. If she can't hear she needs to get a hearing aid and she should mind her business if no one is talking to her. If she had sense she would've known i was talking about the 5 minutes my meal had been done before them giving it to me, and not the additional 15 minutes I waited. Service is SLOW and has been about every time I’ve been. I waited in drive thru for at least 30 minutes tonight (no exaggeration) putting my car in park every time we moved and stopped. I finally got to the window for the lady to take my car and swipe but I receive no receipt. She then disappears, shows back up, hands me a bag, and disappears again. The food is not what I ordered. I then have to wait for her to show back up at the window. When I tell her what I ordered she claimed they didn’t sell that anymore. So I asked why is it still on the menu and her reply is I’m not sure. So I then pull around to go inside the store and get a refund. At this point, the dining room is closed but someone is taking trash out. I tell him I need a refund and he asks for my receipt that his coworker never gave me. He asks what I ordered but I received no receipt to show for. He slides through the door to talk to his manager and leaves me outside. I stand outside the door for about 10 minutes banging on the door asking where is my money while the 3 employees in the store walk around the dining room cleaning like I’m not there. I guess I became invisible. Finally one of them mouths something to me but yet I’m still waiting. At this point I sit their food on the ground and went to my car to call corporate. As I returned to my car the guy walks to the door with the money. I wasted an hour and left the same way I came. I will not return to this restaraunt and suggest no one else...
