Dunkin' — Restaurant in Sayreville

I am unfortunate to say this has been the worst job, I have ever encountered. The manager is very rude and doesn't help and constantly yells at me. I started Dunkin Donuts about a week ago, Instead of helping me and talking to me very nicely the manager Mittalben Patel would tell me to move and push me when it was busy. May 21, 2017, is the day I finally lost it, I would let this stuff slide cause I'm a very nice and respectful person but today I lost my patience, it was really busy and in front of all the customers and workers , Mittalben Patel was yelling and being absolutely rude to me, I have never met such a rude manager/individual in my life. She said she was losing her patience, and then I finally stood up for myself and said, "You don't have to talk to me rude, I'm new and you should be helping me instead of criticizing. And she was talking very rude to other customers as well. 973 Route 9 North, South Amboy, NJ 08879 Dunkin Donuts , has such a rude manager Mittalben Patel, who doesn't even bother helping and talks very rudely to someone who is new instead of kindly helping and teaching, and Mittalben doesn't have a right to push me and say move. Worst management ever. I'm going to sue on Mittalben Patel (manager). It was so bad I started crying in the bathroom, because she was yelling at me in front of all the customers and coworkers and was making me feel very bad.

Let’s get into this. So I ordered a coffee and some stuffed bagel bites in my way to work my order came out to almost $9 dollars no biggie. What the issue really was, Was asking for a cup of ice after being charged almost $9 dollars for my drink and food and being told I NEEDED to pay $1.59 cents for a CUPPPP OF ICE. after I already just purchased A DRINK and SOME food. This is beyond greedy I wasn’t asking for nothing extra or anything absurd. BUT ALMOST $2 for a cup of ice is ridiculous. Starbucks gives you a cup of ice for free and my order total would have been the same. The only reason I didn’t go to Starbucks this morning was because I wanted a an ice coffee with the coffee milk. After today dunkin. You def lost a customer. Inflation is hard enough but to charge for extra ice is DRAMATICALLY...

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I came here and ordered a Caramel Frozen coffee. The kid places a mocha frozen coffee on the counter, I ignore it because I can tell its mocha. I quickly see that my order # is on it, I tell one of the ladies what I ordered. The kid that made it takes it back, I wait another 5-10mins and she places a regular looking frozen coffee. Again, I ignore it because this one looks nothing like what I ordered. She let's me wait more time and then tells me this is my order. I take it, throw it in the trash and...
