Dunkin' — Restaurant in Sayreville

I was happy to hear a new location opened near by. I came to this Dunkin several times, hoping it would get better. Unfortunately they mess up the orders. The workers are irresponsible and lazy. They do not make the drinks or the food the correct way. I ordered a Caramel crazed iced latte, it was sooo bitter and I asked it to be changed or if he can add cream. He takes the whip cream on top of the cup and stirs it in the cup, are you kidding me?!! I asked him to try it because he had an unbelievable face and he questions me “Are you sure it’s bitter”! Lmaooo yes because I have the entire time in the world to get my correct order from the drive thru and waste my time coming inside to have you fix my drink. Yes I’m sure it’s bitter! I kindly told him it’s still bitter, it doesn’t taste the way it should. And he’s stirring the whip cream to make it sweet. 😵‍💫 After requesting him to add cream, he makes a new drink not knowing how to make a caramel craze iced latte he adds more milk into the new one? Do you not have the training for how it’s done? At this point he so confused what to do and looks at me clueless, asking what I want. It’s a signature drink, you work at dunkin and you should know. Ughh!! In another order, I asked for a few donuts. The girl at the drive thru gives me an old batch of old donuts inside a greasy crumbled bag, must have been left out for a whileeee!! I asked her to give me the fresh donuts as they looked old and she replaces the same donuts into two new bags. Omg! What is it going to cost her to give me the fresh donuts from the shelf? I am paying for this! Why save the old ones from a earlier order and give them to a new customer coming in. Today I went in for another try, they screwed up the drink and my sisters coffee and gave me hard burnt hash browns. This is why I am writing a review. I’ve been to several Dunkin’s no complain but this has to be the worst. Lazy, unhappy workers....

The food? Ok-ish. The service?! A disaster. The people FORGOT TO GIVE ME THE REST OF MY FOOD. I ordered a refresher and munchkins and a donut. They gave me a refresher first and then after 10 minutes I had to TELL THEM that I hadn't received the rest of my food. They were so nasty and were so sassy when I told them my name. When they FINALLY FOUND MY NAME they were like oh ok. I THOUGHT it was over but then they gave me the wrong order. Like who does that? And while they were getting the stuff, the guy was just staring at me for a straight minute. Eww and rude. After we look at the food we saw it was wrong. He can't even get his job right. So we tell him and he was like oh we ran out of chocolate. WHY DON'T YOU TELL US BEFORE PUTTING IT IN THE BAG!!!!!????? Note to self: never go back again unless they can prove themselves and fire...

I’m honestly shocked this place is still open. Stopped by the Dunkin on 7 North Ernstin Rd in Parlin, and it was absolutely disgusting. I was there for about 45 minutes having coffee and doing some light work, and not once did I see anyone clean up — tables were dirty, trash was overflowing, and the whole place just felt neglected. When I finally asked if anyone was going to clean up, the employee looked shocked and actually said, “You expect ME to clean it up?” I couldn’t believe it. On top of that, they got my order wrong, which was the cherry on top of an already bad experience. I’m honestly surprised the board of health hasn’t stepped in. This location desperately needs better management and a serious deep clean. Avoid if you can. The board of health really needs to visit this place NOT YOU...
