So Iāve been going to this Dunkin since they opened, which isnāt that long ago. In the beginning, it was fine. They had a very enthusiastic gentleman at the drive-through that seemed to keep everything moving along. Iād say itās been 4 to 6 months since Iāve seen him there and the place has definitely gone downhill big time . I go there a few mornings a week before I bring the kids to school purely out of convenience as itās right down the street. I now go out of my way to another Dunkin because this one is just horrible. They can check the cameras today because I literally stood there for about four minutes and not one person acknowledged that I was there Because all they worry about is the drive-through to make sure their precious numbers donāt go into the red, I guess. Iāve even been there when the place is packed and the owner pulls up into the handicap spot and comes inside and says good morning to the staff and doesnāt make eye contact with not one customer, but makes herself a coffee or two for her friend and then leaves without even attempting to help out whatsoever. I really hate leaving this kind of review, but I wanted to write it months ago. Also lately the muffins have not been cooked all the way through. Happened to us three times and I just threw out the bottom half so my kids didnāt get sick because waiting for new ones or picking something else wouldāve been another 20 minutes. Usually the ketchup and other condiments are empty and asking for some is comical. Small refrigerator was empty of all juices a few weeks ago. Get your sh*t together, youāre not some little 1 person shop in the middle of nowhere. Youāre a huge company on a very busy intersection. Place used to be cleaner too. Ok anyway, avoid...

I was waiting ten minutes on my food as it was forgotten, the store wasnāt all too relatively busy either.
Itās evident most of these young boys donāt know how to provide good customer service, most are on the side on their phones ā the only person I will give credits to is the young man named Matthew, I watched as he worked very diligently on several different orders all on his own. He was the only one to notice me standing to the side still waiting on my order and immediately walked up to ask me questions. He apologized for the wait and instantly got right back to work. Now that is a young man who likes his job.

The kids behind the counter had no desire to do their job and were too busy bickering with eachother. There were 2 people in front of me that asked to have their food order taken and the one kid stated he wasnāt the food guy and the guy making the food was busy. The couple left. I then proceeded to order a large hot coffee and was told that they had no coffee made and it would take 5 minutes. I waited for the coffee and once I got it and left, it was ice cold.
