WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER THE LADY IS A WITCH ! She makes a mistake on my order specifically said no pork she gives me pork and has the nerve to yell at me while I’m saying I can’t eat this ! Didn’t even want my money back but she kept yelling at me like a mad woman! Everyone there is just starring rather then making the customer happy n saying sorry she blames me screaming of the top of her lungs! I do not recommend this place at ALL!! She can barely speak English to understand wth I’m saying she needs to go back to school and learn how to speak ! If I’m giving u respect I expect the same ! The lady is very rude and nasty . I’m a long time customer but every single time with this lady’s attitude then has the nerve to accuse me of some bs I have a video of her how disrespectful she was I wish I can post it here ! But it will be on every other social media site !!! I’m giving u my business the least u can do is put a smile on and talk nicely but wait u can’t kuz u don’t kno how to speak English ! It’s very bad and unpleasant place. Absolutely no behavior culture to customer! They put a 8-9 y.o kid as a cashier and server while adults cooking. Irritating stuff especially woman. I think she has period all the time and everybody annoying her. While ordering she said two words to me I didn’t get, turn around and disappear in kitchen yelling on me she is very very busy (there were 2 customers plus me) And she didn’t stop yelling till I got out.. OMG I never had this kind of services, so I decided pizza by next door will be much better 😊 do not waste your time guys, go to pizza! Answer to owner: I forgot to add I was with infant on my hands and that’s why woman decide to ignore me, because it’s was tough to serve me and be kind to me. By the way it was raining outside. Definitely good eats! The customer service is hands down one of the best you will receive regardless where you go, restaurants or anywhere else! ALWAYS GREETED WITH A WARM SMILE & KIND WORDS! Then you move on to their menu and food & AGAIN you can't go wrong with any choice! And my favorite thing about Kendy''s is their Sushi! Always fresh because it is made right there in front of you, EVERYTIME! It is absolutely delicious from the top of the menu all the way to the last choice on the menu!
